      I purchased a gallon jug on Arizona Green Tea on 12-7-24 and started drinking from that jug the same night, the tea tasted fine and I didn't notice anything wrong til today 12-10-24 when I poured a glass of it and a big glob of something, not sure what it is? Came out of the jug and plopped into my glass with a splash. Then I looked inside the jug and there was clearly something on the inside of the bottom of the jug. I Have taken pictures of everything. It then dawned on Me that I have been sick to my stomach ever since I started drinking from that jug. All of this is very concerning as I have bought and drank Arizona Tea for 20 yrs.and never had a problem.

      I bought a beverage from ****** ******** food truck in *** ******** on October 25,2024 and I drank about half of the bottle before noticing it had an awkward smell to it and I told others to smell it to see if they noticed it as well and it smelled of vinegar. The expiration date on it wasnt until November 2026 so I was surprised to find that there was mold in the drink and this seems like a serious health hazard on behalf of the Arizona company

      On April 9, 2024, I ordered Arizona * ******* **********, order number ********, total $37.03. I've been a ******* customer since 2019 and am familiar with their products, so I had high hopes of receiving a quality product from Arizona. However, upon its arrival, I was surprised to discover that the gasket did not keep the can in place, rendering the product faulty. I contacted customer service on April 22, 2024, and was told to screw the top tighter. The customer service I received contradicts the assurance provided on their website, which clearly states, "If an item arrives damaged or if the item you've received is wrong, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue." I am still waiting for a meaningful resolution despite promptly contacting their customer service department upon discovering the issue. I've shared all the necessary details, including a video showing the problem, but unfortunately, the matter remains unresolved. I find this lack of attention to customer satisfaction deeply frustrating.

      I placed Order ******** on February 24th with Arizona Tea for a 12 pack of tea and a 3XL Cherry Blossom sweater. The sweater was listed as 64.99. I received the tea with no issue. On March 2nd, the "sweater" portion of the order was delivered however, I discovered that the Heritage Blossom Hoodie in a 2xl had been sent to me instead of the sweater. I cannot say how much the hoodie lists for as it is currently sold out, but they have other hoodies for 59.99 so I assume that would be the same price as this one. Their website does contain this: "RETURNS: All Sales are Final. If an item arrives damaged or if the item you've received is wrong, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue." Seeing as how this was a case of getting the wrong item, I reached out to them on the 2nd to inquire about how to rectify the situation. (I have attached a screenshot of the email chain, which will hopefully come through as well as one of the order itself.) At first, I was getting responses. Between March 2nd and March 5th, someone was replying to me about the issue. They asked me to send pictures of the item and the mailer, which I did, and of the packing slip, which I could not because my package does not appear to have one. They asked if I would be willing to send the wrong item back, which I was, and that they would provide a shipping label to do so. I have checked my email and not gotten this shipping label. It has also been more than enough time for them to send me a physical shipping label if that was the plan. Since the 5th, I have emailed them on the 9th, the 21st and the 27th trying to get a resolution. On the 15th I submitted a help request through their website for the issue but never got a response to that. Also, on the 27th I called and left two messages around 5:21pm with the information and my callback number (as you can only leave a message). No callback. I don't want this hoodie. I don't want the sweater anymore. I only want my money back.

      I went into ********** ***** on ***** * in ****** ** for Fuel, a sandwich wrap and drinks. I purchased 1 ARIZONA PEACH ICED TEA (34oz) glass bottle & 2 ARIZONA HALF & HALF LITE (22oz) cans. I opened the glass bottle, inserted a straw and sipped a mouthful of black sludge! Gross! At first I thought it was loose tea leaves but it is not. It looks like black rubber flakes. Bad quality control, guys. I tossed it. $2.49.

      I drank the arizona tea fast because i was so thirsty , i felt so weird about almost fell to the floor to pass out, i tried to drink again but i smelled it and it smelled like feces or poop. I am also about 5months pregant and i am so scared that it will endanger my baby and my health. I want to know how we can run a test on this drink. I drank it 6 hrs ago and i still have a bad headache and have a sour taste to my mouth. I want them to further investigate if this drink is contaminated with what smells like feces or if it has other toxic chemicals. I just myself and esp my baby to be okay.

      I purchased two shirts through Arizona Beverages Online Merch on 11/18/23. I was charged for both shirts that day for a total of $69.98. I only received one shirt which was $34.99 but was charged in full for both shirts. I've reached out to Arizona almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything back. I'm not sure If I should despite with my bank company yet.

      During the ordering process order ******** there is a sign up to receive a discount. I opted for this by both email as well as text. When neither was delivered I did not want to miss out on the sale going on and so I placed my order. However, and more problematic, there is a slider bar to opt into "Route Protection" a redundant and pointless charge. I opted out of Route Protection and then was charged for it anyways. I immediately contacted customer service and after not responding for over a week I sent a follow up response. Within the day I got a response indicating an obvious intentional effort to ignore my ticket. What has followed is weeks of back and forth. I finally got them to honor the discount but are refusing to refund the route protection. I opted out and was charged anyways and immediately notified them of the issue. Their excuse is that it was already delivered but that was due to their own decision to ignore my ticket for over a week. The route protection needs to be refunded.

      I have contacted Arizona tea about the foreign matter in the tea Green Tea with ginseng. I had to contact them multiple times. I finally received a retrieval kit with the wrong information. I feel I am getting the run around. I have been drinking the tea for years than in January 2022 I started getting really sick vomiting and diarrhea I thought it was food allergy.But there was stuff in the tea floating and they were fermented so I would dump it out and drink a new one than there was big slimy globs and brown slime.It was packaged in 2 different locations. This has cause gastroenteritis issues when I realized that I quit drinking it. I received coupons from Arizona tea Patricia B**** because of these issues.I still bought them and they all had the same contamination. I feel like I am getting the run around. They are blaming the canneries where they are processed but its 2 totally different locations. They are not taking full responsibility.
