    I order parts and paid the highest shipping for next day air it took 4 days to receive my part via ups I called ups and they said it was qualified For a refund so I called the company on 3 way with ups and one of the employees from global transmission parts told me he would not refund me because it arrived on Monday and they don’t deliver on Saturday. I ordered a part from them this year and I received it on Saturday I believe he is going to keep they money ups says I am due

    I am rejecting this response because: the time line you have provided shows it was not delivered next day witch is what I paid they highest shipping price for and it took 3days 72hours and not 24 hours so I will take my refund in the same card I used to make the purchase thank you

    Ordered parts from what I thought was another company but ended up being global transmission...I had issues getting parts from them before so I ordered parts from what I thought was gmtransmissionparts.com only to find out after pushing the buy button that it was global transmission...I wouldn't have had an issue if they actually sent my parts but their website says if ordered by 3pm ships same day...I ordered at 9:35 am FRIDAY and recieved confirmation and tracking on same day (friday) it is now Tuesday of the following WEEK and my parts still haven't shipped per tracking number...They are the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with and I want my money back...I have reordered from someone else because they can't simply take an order and deliver as promised...I have had enough!...I paid extra to get my parts delivered and they have sat at global transmission longer than it would have taken to get here if they could actually pull them and ship them as they say on the website..They are a JOKE, they don'tcare about customer service, every statement on the website is a lie, all they want to do is take your money and that is it, complete waste of customers time!!!

    Customer was upset that our local USPS was not operating on Monday 6/20/2022 in observance of the Federal Juneteenth holiday.  We refunded the order immediately and in full when asked to do so by the customer.  Please feel free to contact us with any additonal questions or concerns.

    I did get a refund but reject the response as my order was placed at 9:35 am on friday and should have been shipped the same day as per their shipping policy...They want to blame the holiday for not shipping my order on time on friday, they make excuses for everything and take no responsibility for their lack of action and it's ridiculous...I did get a refund, I just want people to know what kind of crap they will need to deal with if doing business with this company...I would have been here yesterday if they would have actually shipped it on friday bit I ordered from someone else on monday "juneteenth" and got my part yeaterday anyways...NO HELP from a scamming company that uses multiple websites and multiple company names to get business but thanks for the refund!
