We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your vehicle. This is not our intention. Unfortunately we live in a state where frames rust due to salt and moisture. Even late model vehicles develop frame rust. Older trucks, like the one you purchased generally have the most frame rust. Thankfully it is fixable, and you can google your truck and find frame rails very reasonably to replace any of the rusty ones if you choose to. We cannot refund you or help you with any of the costs as frame rust is to be expected on a truck of that age. Not only did you have the chance to inspect the frame yourself, we have big signs up in our offices that say you are free to have a mechanic of your choice to inspect any vehicle we offer before purchase.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: it is a Virginia car first off and you sold me an unsafe vehicle. It will cost $2500 to fix. The frame is rusted and the gas tank is falling off not to mention you cleared the 16 dtc codes that popped back up after 2 days. No mechanic would have seen that regardless. You trick people. If Your response is to wash your hands of the situation you have horrible business sense. Hence why the better business bureau is involved.

I bought a used vehicle and within 30 days the transmission is done. I contacted the business and they told me to have it towed to a mechanic shop near me and send them the diagnostic report. I did that. I sent the report to them. The next day they called me and said they will only let there mechanic fix it so I need to have it towed there and I have to pay for the transmission. Why did they have me tow it and pay 160 out of pocket when they was not letting them fix it anyway.Business Response

Not only has this customer and her family bashed us on every online outlet she could find, she has now harassed many of our employees through their personal social media pages which is completely uncalled for.
She bought a 10 year old car and declined all warranty coverages available at time of sale. We were not required to do anything. We offered to help in the name of customer service.
We originally offered to cover labor to help out. That offer has now been rescinded due to her harassment of our employees. We will not be helping with anything.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: This Company sold me a 11,900.00 vehicle that needs 9,975.00 worth of work. Down to finding out the vehicle did not even have your normal fluids needed to run is unacceptable. This company from the beginning messed up everything when they assured me I was the cosigner for my husband over the phone and when I arrived the paper work was all filled out in my name and he was nowhere on any of it even though he had been the only customer dealing with them. They lied about the original payment they stated with them and the money he needed down. The manager during the sale could not even bring herself out of her office they had to keep running to her. Not only that but they wanted 1,500.00 down and could not even put gas in the vehicle when I went to drive it off the lot. The finance guy that helped us was shaking, red, fidgety and could not sit still. I personally knew the owner and family from high school and thought they were good people but they did not even have the decency to contact me there self. After researching I have found this company has done this to several customers!!! It is all over the internet, not just my words. They do not even have a mechanic on the lot, they sell damaged vehicles that break down within 30 days. If I feel the need to put on social media a consumer warning then I have a right to do so and I will continue. The only message sent personally to a employee was the manager. No bashing, just the truth was stated. The only response I got was " I am sorry". This company is fraudulent and there attempt to reconcile " paying for the labor " was not made easy for me. They flat out lied and led me to believe they were going to make it right when I called. They asked me to tow the vehicle to a local shop near me and send them the diagnostic report. I thought great!!! They knew from day one they were in Circleville and I was in Portsmouth. I had the car towed to Nissan for $160.00 and received the diagnostic report and sent it to them just like they asked. They called me after leaving me in limbo over night and told me I now need to tow it to the mechanic they use which is in Ashville and they will cover labor if he does it but I am out everything else. I rejected since all the fraud they have committed so far I did not see it fair to let their faulty mechanic fix it nor do I trust them after they asked me to tow it locally and then wanted it towed again. I asked the manager ****** why she did that if they were not going to let the people that did the diagnostic report fix it. She could only once again say " Sorry". Freedom of Speech is allowed and I will continue to warn all consumers of the way they do business. I am going to reach out to 6 on your side as well about not only how they did me but the several other people they have scammed as well. They even sold a vehicle deemed unsafe to a family. They have no concern for there customers which is clearly proved in there response to you ( BBB) about how they take back the so called help they offered me due to me stating the truth. I understand used cars have issues but to not run under 30 days is absolutely unacceptable. At what point does consumers quit getting done wrong by low cost cars? No business' should be ran like that. No response they waste their time on will satisfy me. Only a transmission will so I can have a actual vehicle to drive.

Many of which had nothing to do with her transaction. The damage of her actions are irreparable. We will not be providing any help to this consumer.

Bought a 2008 Nissan Rogue for my 17 year old son we was sold a lemon caught fire on Highway whilr my son was driving. just 10 days after purchase vehicle was determined total loss by fire with insurance company. I called and spoke to several people at the dealership and was basically told oh well and that I could not get my $1,000 down payment. Or even offer to help figure out a new vehicle unfortunately I am out of $1,000 I feel this business known that this was a bad vehicle and sold it to us anyways the sad part is they knew it was for my son he was there to test drive.Business Response

Firstly, accept our apologies. I'm sure that is a terrifying experience that I cannot even imagine.
We are not in the business of setting up cars to catch fire after purchase. We have been in business for 15 years and have sold over 10,000 vehicles. We would not have made it this long if we did something like that. The car you purchased passed through our shop with no indications of any issues like you experienced. In fact, based on Carfax, the vehicle shows going through service on 4 separate occasions in the 12 months prior to your purchase of the vehicle. Nobody found anything as such in those service experiences either. Unfortunately cars are man made machines and things can go wrong with them at any time. There are also many other external factors that can lead to an automobile fire that are outside of our control after sale. We cannot be liable for everything that happens to a 181,000 mile car for the rest of it's life just because you bought it from us. So while we are extremely sorry that you have had to go through this, there is nothing more we can help with. Thankfully you had insurance on the car and it looks like they paid the car off for you, provided a rental, and paid you back your down payment in full, minus sales tax, but your insurance company will cover that amount of taxes in full on your next auto purchase with a signed purchase order. I am sorry I cannot be of more help.

Reason for dispute is I never received the down payment back in any way or from anyone including the Insurance company they do not provide refunds for the down payment of $1,000.00 .
Here are documents to prove that I only received repayment for the Tow, sale tax of $378.68 and for the REMAINING BALANCE OF LOAN OF $4,946.03 the total cost of the car was $5,662.68
The remaining balance of the down payment would be $621.32 that low cost cars pocketed.
I strongly believe I was scammed with this vehicle and was promised the safety for my son. After being told it was just serviced and would provide me at a later date with the service documents that I never received.
I could accept the little concern that your company has shown if the right thing is done. Refund of the remaining deposit of $621.32
