            I dropped my car off on July 13th for a car repair job...that takes two weeks...I paid him ahead of time on July 17th bc he said he needed the money to purchase parts... He told me that he was completely done at 7pm on July 31st... I NEVER RECEIVED MY VEHICLE...AFTER SAYING IT WAS COMPLETE... HE THEN KEPT LYING TO ME GIVING ME DIFFERENT DATES N REQUEST ANOTHER PAYMENT FROM INSURANCE COMPANY THAT WAS SENT TO HIM ON AUGUST 8TH... SINCE THEN I'VE BN PROMISED THE FRIDAY BF THE HOLIDAY...THEN PROMISE PICK ON THE HOLIDAY AT 3 O'CLOCK...I ACTUALLY WENT N HE SPENT ME SENT ME HOME N STILL NO RETURN...I CALLED POLICE N MADE A STOLEN VEHICLE REPORT....HE PROMISE THE DETECTIVE THAT HE WOULD PUT CAR TOGETHER AND GIVE IT TO ME AS IS THAT HE WOULD MEET ME IN FRONT ON HOUSE AT 7AM WITH CAR ON STREET N KEYS RETURNING MY CAR...HE LIED HE DID NOT...I THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND THE SAME OFFICERS CAME BACK OUT...MARIO G***** ALLOWED US TO COME ON HIS PROPERTY TO SEE UPDATES ON THE CAR TO PROVE HE'S DONE... AND PICK IT UP... WE GET TO THE BACK OF THE GARAGE TO SEE THAT MY CAR HAS BN STRIPPED INSIDE AND OUT...MY CAR IS DESTROYED...HE KEEPS HARASSING ME FOR MORE MONEY...AND CONTINUES TO THREATEN ME. I REALLY NEED HELP...MY CAR IS A WRECK N I NEED HELP PLZ...THIS MAN HAS BN PAID BY MYSELF AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY... I WANT MY CAR...IT'S BN 2 MONTHS AND COUNTING...AND THE JOB IS STILL DONE DONE AND MY VEHICLE IS DESTROYED...AT THIS POINT I'M JUST DONE PLZ HELP

            The challenger was not dropped off on the 13th it was afterwards and unless its a very minor job it does not take only 2 weeks. An estimator did not come out until 3 weeks after the vehicle was left which was Aug 8th, 2023. No payment was received or taken with it being an insurance job that is not due until complete. On top of the collision job a complete custom paint job was added. Customer did contact a detective brought police officers to the shop to see the vehicle that she stated she had not seen it since it was dropped but corresponding's showed otherwise. She made a big dramatic scene and was told that since an affidavit mechanics lein was on the vehicle that it was a civil matter. The invoice that she provided to you doesn't show to whom it was to or from, the initial payment from the insurance company was issued to her and we have not seen it. We would not ask a customer for any monies for parts that falls on us. We are closed Saturday thru Monday so she would not be picking up her vehicle on those days especially during the holidays. We were under the impression the vehicle was hers after further research it is financed and I contacted them to which they have a repossession order on it. Any other evidence is included.
