I purchase a 2010 Ford escape Sept 8th and when I went Aim test engine came on. I was given feedback. Immediately called dealer to notify them of issue. I returned and a diagnostic test was performed. I was told a recall part needed to be replaced I had oil changed and applied . Recall was completed and dealer state light will go out. Never did go out Still on my tags expired I was called to come dealer jimmy up and I past aim test got my tags. Light came back on nafter. Dealer promised to get it off . 0ct 22 2023 Nov dealer out of town wife sick!! .Never answered my calls or Texts. Nov 2023 Thanksgiving wife sick. Dec 2023 Dealer state moving business because it was sold. Dealer state will contact me after settling situated. Never did not answer my calls or texts. Called Jan 2024 still moving also again promised to call me next week. Never did . I called from another number and was arguing with me about what do I won't them to do I state You have been stringing alone. Since my purchase and as of Feb 7th state will have me to come back in. Never did again never gave me the New location information just running me around in circles.. Engine light still on. If light was on when I purchase vehicle I would no have brought it. I'm in court now for the last dealer.. All I won't is the engine light out. Before Engine go out. Please help me. Thank you Ms. ****
