    I took my car to get a Motor with low mileage and pay this person $5000 dollars and he told me he will get me a motor with low mileage for $5000 this will include him finding the motor and doing the work. When I pick up my car on September 11 2024 we told him that the motor was making a noise when we turn on the car an he told us to run the car that the motor is good Today is October 08 2024 My husband went outside to turn the car on and the noise was worse so I want to make a complaint about this problem because we already told him about the noise and he won’t want to do anything about it in 3 more days is going to be the 30 days warranty that he gave us if they can please help me with this case. I also ask him for proof of the mileage that this motor have and he didn’t show me any proof he told me where he bought it they told him it have 11200 mileage

    The customers husband came in with the complaint that the engine is making noise, I checked and there was no noise at that time. He states it only makes the noise in the morning when the engine is cold. I advises him to leave it to cool down or bring it back as he stated he could not leave it. I was unable to dertermine where the noise is coming from as there was not noise when it was brought back in.

    Good morning, I have reviewed the information in the last update, which included an estimate to resolved the noise. I beleive the best option we can offer is to pay the $802.76 to have the Variable Timing Control Actuator replaced. If accepted, I will consider this issue done and will not offer further compensation on the matter.
