    On April 28,2024 I took my car to Rashad ******* at Start To Finish( 4370 Cranwood Parkway, Cleveland, Ohio) to have it repaired . I was informed that I needed to pay an amount for him to get the parts first before fixing the car. I submitted $ 1700 to him to fix the car. I made multiple calls and text messages to inquire about the status of the car being fixed. I was told that the parts had not come in. On June 21,2024 Rashad informed me that he was still gathering parts. On August 16,2024 I stopped by the shop to check on the progress of the car. Unfortunately the left back window was broken out of car. When I reached out to Rashad ******* , he stated that there was some vandalism in the lot. On August 19,2024 I went and had the car towed back to my residence. On September 3, 2024 I was informed that Rashad was waiting for the check from the parts store. On October 4, 2024 Rashad informed me that the check came in and that he would call me back. He has been very dismissive and disrespectful on resolving this issue. I certainly need closure and feel that this has been a very unprofessional experience .
