    They came to one of my property and refinished 2 of the bathtub, those looked great so I wanted them to come back out and do another bathtub, when they did this tub it was all bumpy and you could still see the the anti-slip stickers on the bottom of the tub. I called the company back out and the owner told me that it was the best they could do, and gave me an attitude with me and said "I hope your happy with it " I told him I wasn't happy at all. I had 2 other companies come out and look to see if they could fix the bathtub and make it look better then it does. Both companies told me that it could have been sanded or filled before it painted and sealed. When BT-Tech seen all the lumps and bumps they should have told me before it was painted to make sure I wanted it finished, If I would have been showed that tub before they finished I would have told them to sand it more, before it was filled, sealed and painted. I had a few other tubs lined up for them to do , but after this I will NOT use them again

    I had my bath tub refinished two years ago. I have a chip and called the Owner, He responded at first and asked what a i wanted, now i cant get a hold of him. I have left him messages and texts. I just need a small repair. I have one chip on my tub and i wanted to get it fixed before it becomes worse. He gave me a 10 year warranty. Contract also includes any small repairs at my cost.

    The co owner came out and fixed the chip in my tub. I am happy with the results.
