I did business with this company for a while. I then quit ordering from them. I had. 6 bottles left over. They. They charged me $50 per bottle deposit. I then called them and wanted them to mail me a check for a refund. They stated they only did a refund once a month. They then came and picked up the bottles. They never sent a checkout. I then called them, and they said that they were not going to refund me. They told us the deposits on the bottles were no longer valid. They ripped me off for $300.00. I wouldn't do business with this company at all. They lied about sending me a check, and they scammed me. Do yourself a favor and save a headache by using another company.

I sincerely apologize for your frustrating experience. A few issues have led to the confusion, but I have a resolution. First, we have not served you in two years, so we cannot reuse bottles that have sat for so long. Second, it's important to clarify that your bottle deposit was $18 two years ago, not $50. The deposit amount increased in 2023. Unfortunately, this information should have been communicated to you before picking up the bottles, and we acknowledge that we fell short in that regard. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It provides a valuable training opportunity for our team, and we will certainly improve our communication protocol moving forward. That said, we are happy to refund the bottle deposits you paid, even though we had to dispose of the bottles. You paid $18 per bottle for six bottles, totaling $108. I hope this fair resolution meets your needs. I will contact you shortly to let you know when the check will be mailed, and I will do my best to expedite the payment. If you have any questions, please contact me directly via email at [email protected]. **Update, Mr. U****: Your refund check will be processed and mailed today, Wednesday, 11/27. Remember that it is a holiday week, so there may be a slight delay with USPS, but if you don't receive it within ten business days, please notify me at the email address listed above.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your refund check yet. Refund checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive in the mail. I'm showing that the check was mailed out on Monday, 02/26/24.

I just bought a 24-pack of Distillata Spring Water at ****** ********** I could not believe when I got home how ridiculously flimsy the bottles are. As a matter of fact, one of the bottles was empty. The bottom must have fallen out during shipping, or somewhere in the ****** store. My concern is that one or more of these bottles will fall apart in my refrigerator. Any chance the water is tainted from these bottles? I hope not. Last time I'll be buying anything from Distillata.

This is the only place in Cleveland where I can get Mountain Valley Spring water. I have been doing this for year. Recently, however, their accounting is so messed up, it is ridiculous- and their website is even more messed up- I cannot pay anything on my bill, using their website. Something is extremely wrong here. I truly was very current, until a couple of months ago- now, I have no idea what my balance is. Or anything. I figure it's around 150$, which I am issuing a bill pay from my bank account for. Bet this will not resolve anything.

They make you pay a deposit for glass bottles but won't return your deposit when you return the bottles
