Mr. ***** asked for a second opinion on a water pump repair. He signed a repair order that is on file. The repair order clearly states that there will be a diagnostic fee.We initially charged the customer the diagnostic fee. He claimed ignorance and we gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave him a full refund. He wasn't very happy about having to provide us with his credit card so that we could do a proper refund to his account. He also wasn't very pleased with the fact that we couldn't match the price received from a non certified repair shop that didn't quote a proper repair. The repair he received was not only a "bandaid", it was partial. We only repair vehicles fully. If in the future Mr ***** would like his vehicle repaired, I urge him to return to his local repair shop.
