    My dad was buried in this cemetery on Monday September 26, 2022. The cemetery has not planted grass on the grave yet, I have stopped in the office 4 times, asking about it. I was told grass would be planted in a few weeks, that was in March, no one has done it yet. On April 14,a small plaque, about, 1x3 inches was paid for and supposed to be installed on the gravestone, with his expiration date, they have not bothered to do that either. I would estimate , to loosen the 2 screws, and put the plaque on, would take about 5 minutes, but the owner says they are to busy i was told it would be installed " in a few days", I went back weeks later, and still asking have received no help. i talked to the cemetery owner, ******* ***** , who then informed me, it will be done, when they have time, and she will not give me any time it will be taken care of. She told me she was the owner, and would not commit to doing any of this in the near future These services of having grass planted and an expiation date have been paid for, and the owner does not want to fulfill her obligation

    Regarding seeding of the grave:
    *** ***** was told in March that the grave would be tamped in a couple weeks, but we do not start seeding until May 1st based on usual weather patterns in Northeast Ohio.  She was told her father’s grave would be one of the first ones seeded based on the date of burial.  On her most recent visit, she was very agitated with the staff and ******* ****** was asked to intercede.  *** ***** claimed she was told that the grave would be seeded in March, which was not true.  *** ****** could not give her an exact date as to when it would be seeded.  *** ****** told her it was dependent on the weather, ground conditions, and burials.  *** ***** would not accept an honest answer, and we did not want to lie to her.  She asked for the owner, which ******* ****** is. *** ***** asked for *** ******’s name and stormed away calling *** ****** a “cold *****”, stated that she was going to write a bad google review and report us to the Better Business Bureau.

    Resolution of problem:
    Seeding could not begin until May 8, 2023 due to near freezing temperatures and excessive rain the first week of May.   This grave was seeded on Monday, May 8, 2023. See attached photos.

    Regarding installation of the scroll:
    The scroll was paid for on April 14, 2023, at which time the family was told it would be installed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks, dependent on weather conditions and burials.  This scroll was installed on May 8, 2023. See attached photos.
