5 starsThis company is amazing! My job was not just a project, it was a real blessing delivered to me and I am forever grateful. The facts: Eric, the owner, exemplified honesty, integrity and a work ethic that was unparalleled to anything I’ve seen in years! The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. When my project/ blessing began, the weather went wild, it turned rainy and colder than expected resulting in unavoidable delays but Eric communicated with me consistently. He, Eric, and his crew did not abandon me, as soon as the weather gave way, my project/ blessing was completed. I highly recommend 123 Express Construction Company, LLC. I purchased a home in 2022 that had just been “waterproofed” by this company, it came with a certificate warrantied for 10 years and transferred to me upon buying the home. Long story short- we move in and had a heavy rainstorm- I find out one wall is leaking and has NOT been waterproofed. They didn’t do it because they would’ve had to pull up decking to dig around the house. The owner Eric said he would schedule a time to have his crew come out and fix it and my basement wall. (Because they had to tear drywall off to locate the leak) I contacted Eric several times to schedule the work and he either gives me excuses that he’s out of town or never answers. I have tried to reach him over the last year and haven’t had any success. No response to calls or texts. I have now had to contact my insurance company and the city building department to try to pull the permit to find out who he has insurance through to make the claim. Horrible. Just want this to be made right.

Good day. At the time of the agreement with the investor who bought the house that he sold to Mrs. ****** ***** where she mentions, he was given the guarantee certificate for 10 years after having carried out the work in a specific area and the area indicated by the lady. ****** is not under warranty. Ms. ****** has to communicate with the investor who was given the guarantee for the work of the house because the personnel subcontracted by me carried out the work for the Investor who hired us, not Ms. ****** Myers.
