1 starI purchase a lower prices. And I ask for middle clips. And they put Acrylic and they did not fit, Then a new one was sent to me and it had to clips, but then it broke in the middle.. I sent them features and they said I had to pay for the repair. They sent it back and it was way too tall in my mouth. I couldn't shut my mouth. I showed him pictures of the partial and they sent me a new kit. And now they don't have any response as I called. Let's see the mole before I sent it to them. Which you're supposed to do and no call back. No text, no nothing.. I made more than thirty calls and .text. So now I don't know what's going on. I paid for the repair and it was improperly done. The second one did they may fit. It just broke in the middle so they're product is not on point. An a lack customer service. Not sure where I go from here. But I'm going to keep complaining until something happens. Because I paid them and that's a fact.Review fromLori S

I ordered NowDentures.I had no problems with the fitting trays, so I went on to try the dentures. The teeth were too big, I couldn't close my mouth, so I sent a video to Simon.Simon gave his assessment, & offered a more expensive option at a lower price (see full conversation of offer below).I confirmed today that they received them, they told me that I would not get another set.I told them I could personally come talk to them with my attorney present, to send back the worn dentures that I sent, they just sent copies of their policies & never responded.Don't make deals your not going to make good on & lie about. Simon: My supervisor said he would give you full credit towards an upper and lower custom set of dentures. Me: Full credit as in the $400 I paid? I still wouldn't be able to afford them. Do y'all think the petite NowDentures would fit in my situation? Are the teeth smaller? How big a difference are the trays? If those would work in yall's opinion, since those are the same $400 currently, would y'all be willing to offer those? IF they would work better? Simon: How is the upper? Do you like it? Me: I think the teeth are a little long, but if the petite bottom teeth are quite a bit smaller, I could try to work with it. I have them down to the white rim as well, but I can try to make them work if that's the case. I appreciate y'all trying to work with me. Trust me, I hate my income restrictions more than you know. Simon: The smaller size may or not be better for you. I can send it to you and as long as you do not open the sealed bag they can be returned for a full refund. Once you open the bag nothing can be refunded. Me: Okay, that will work. Again, I appreciate you. The small/medium is what I have now. Not sure if you have my order or not, but I can give you any information you may need. Simon: We have a smaller size. I DID send them back! The tracking number wa* **************** ******* ****. I contacted Denture Rescue, as stated, and as the screenshots I supplied shows, is that the agreement was disregarded, and I was told that I could not get a replacement. The old dentures were then sent back to me, with no solution as previously discussed.Lori S

I did send them back! The tracking number was ********************** through ****. But, as the screenshots showed, the agreement I made with ***** was retracted, and I was told that I was not going to receive the replacements as originally agreed with ***** and approved by the supervisor. I recived the boil ans bite dentures within 1 day, however the measuring device was inaccurate and disproportionate to the dentures in the package. I belive it was too small. I have tried refitting them and repated the process several times without success. A gapping open place occurs in the back part and the denture will not mold in that area, thus making it sound like I had a stroke when I talk. I am open to resolving this issue and want to belive in this product.Denture Rescue

Purchased ********* partials two years ago from Denture Rescue. It took numerous impressions to get the fitting correct. One year in, the upper partial broke. Charged me to fix it. Nearly another year passed and it broke again. Simon argued that it was my fault. I was eating an egg roll. Took the plate to a local reputable denture service and they said they could not fix it. So I am out $750 for less than two years of wearing it. (I'm a retired customer service manager and DentureRescue.com has one of the worst CS I've seen.) Beware.Denture Rescue

The top denture I had also was ********* and it broke twice with normal use, so I question whether it is "incredibly strong." Maybe the problem was joining two pieces together in manufacturing. If I opted for metal, would you require all new impressions?Review fromKatherine Z

Awful scammers! Terrible customer service and do not even respond for five and six days and when I express my concerns and frustration it's another 5-day response followed by they have the right to refuse service after they have already collected a lot of money from me with zero advertised serviceDenture Rescue

Patient received impression kit within 4 days of ordering. She had taken the impression kit apart and could not follow instructions on how to put it back together. Once she sent in photos for review, she had very little patience waiting for a response. We had told her multiple times that we are not a 24-hour chat service since all cases have to be reviewed in depth, but would still text us non stop about receiving a response. By the time her impression was reviewed and she had sent another photo is was late on Friday. Therefore the impressions would be reviewed on Monday. That was not fast enough for her. She was very difficult to work with and screamed at our representative on the phone therefore caused a cancellation of this case. What she had paid for was sent to her. Her expectations were beyond what we could offer. Patient was offered a full refund for her case.Review frompaul w

I had the worst experience with this business. I paid for the product than received the impression kits with no instructions. When I called I immediately got a representative with an attitude. She more or less called me a liar about the instructions. Than when I found the link on my own for the procedure to make the impression, i took a picture like instructed. They immediately said we cant help you, go see a dentist. THEIR MAIN LINE OF BUSINESS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT WISH TO GO TO A DENTIST. They didnt bother looking at my other 2 sets of impressions I sent in, they automatically sent a refund back to my credit card. They didnt even contact me before sending the refund. The 2 new sets were very smooth, and clear impressions. Dont waste your time with this business. When I did call during the waiting process I was informed they would only call me back if I agreed to a 25 dollar fee. The cost was over 1000 dollars, and they want to charge 25 just to call me back?Denture Rescue

We simply recommended you see another dentist as we didn't think we could help you. We charged you zero dollars. And we did need to block you from harassing our staff. We simply wanted you to get the best service and in our opinion a different dentist was the best decision.Review fromSandra B

My name is ****** ****** I ordered a full set of dentures on June 21 #I. did my impressions. #2. They made my custom impression trays. #3. I did my impressions again after I received my custom trays. #4. They made my custom bite blocks. #5. I did my custon bite block impressions. #6. Picked my teeth color. #7. They sent custom made wax dentures try ins. #8. They made my dentures. #9. I received my custom made mail order dentures. #10. I've had really bad luck going into a dentist and having dentures made they didn't care about making sure they fit they didn't care about what I needed and didn't care to take the time to fit them for my mouth after they were ready in the past and in the past all I had was a 6month watter but with denture rescue I had custom made dentures with with a 6 month warranty that i was able to upgrade to a 3 year warranty, I was also able to add metal mesh into my dentures to make them stronger and every step they helped me to make sure they were correctly done and they feel good after all the steps was done not only do they look good they fit my mouth correctly yes it took from june 21,2024 to September 18, 2024 almost 3 month for them to make them it is because there is no rush when it comes to making dentures correctly and when they say they take there time making them to make sure they are correctly made that is a understatement because they do 100% awesome job yes I got aggravated because it took so long but it was 100% worth the wait thank you denture rescue I love my new dentures.Denture Rescue

Not Professional at all. Their websight says it should take 4 weeks for a full set. By 6 months I still didn't have them. I did quite a few wax fittings but even though I told them from the beginning I had a small mouth they kept sending me wax trials with huge teeth. So big I could not close my mouth. In their response if I wanted it changed (while they were still in wax form) to fit better it would be $100 extra each time. Iasked if they would just fix the teeth as they promised they would. With that they became rude and aggressive. This is when I was just done. I already felt so taken advantaged of. So I requested a refund sense they had taken 6 months and we had only made it to wax and they still didn't fit. They originally denied me. Then they refused to refund me more then 1/2 of what I paid. In the end I got a full refund but it wasn't without a massive fight. I didn't even want 11/16/23 I started the process by purchasing them. 05/23/24 was the last straw for me.Denture Rescue

****** we worked endlessly with you to try to make you the perfect denture. We spent more time than any dental office would. We tried to explain how the bite will be different since you haven't had any teeth in a long time (and your mouth changes drastically when there are no teeth). When almost completed you then wanted to change tooth size again which we needed to charge for. We kept striving for perfection for you. You then returned trial fittings completely smashed into tons of pieces. I ordered a set of the Boil and Bite for my grandmother. She's not a huge fan of visiting the dentist but was in desperate need of temporary dentures. The process was very straight forward, we noticed some reviews but found that people were most likely not following the instructions closely. If you boil it for longer than the set time, since it's a moldable material it'll melt. We watched the timer very closely, put the set in my grandma's mouth, molded it to her mouth and voila, a perfect set of dentures! She was shocked how great that they came out! She's telling anyone who will listen at the senior center about this product, thanks so much!Denture Rescue
