    The new owners aren't any better that the old one. The woman at the desk was more than rude and condesending. The prices were outrageous even on the half off day. Not only was she rude to me, I heard her being rude to many other customers. The one star is for the nice gentleman working with her.

    Jessica and her team are very professional and friendly and reasonable priced I found her through my church she does a lot for the local homeless and has such a kind heart and a great person she always donates what she can’t sell also which is great I enjoy her sales

    UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE/SLOPPY. The woman running the sale literally PHYSICALLY HIT ME. She told me $50 for a set of shelves. Then she priced up my other items off the top of her head (nothing was priced) and gave me my total price. As I was getting my cash out she goes "just for fun I am going to take a picture of the shelves to see how much they are worth." She sees they are valuable online and says she no longer can give them to me for the price we had agreed on. I asked for her name and the name of the company she worked for and she said "why, so you can leave a bad review?" Then she started taking pictures of me on her phone. She said "I will post your picture if you leave a review." I took my phone out to take a picture of her then in return and she HIT MY HAND AND WRIST HARD. I left as fast as I could and my elderly mother who was with me left behind me and they slammed the door on her heel. I reported her to the police. She also referred to her client, the person's home it was, as a hoarder and I could overhear her associates talking about someone who was having medical issues such as ***** *********" Which I didn't think was appropriate to talk about for customers to hear. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and wish I could leave 0 stars.

    No one running our sales have ever hit anyone our staff called the police on you because of you raising your hand to our employees because you didn’t like the price of a item it’s all public record on a police report what actually happened and what your saying is a lie and you can be sued for lying and defamation of character and getting in here leaving false reviews that are not true and how you also waited outside the estate sale for 35 mins after you were escorted out until police arrived So please state what really happened and not your lies in reverse we have a zero tolerance for you anyone including you to raise or put there hands on a employees it won’t be tolerated and you will never be allowed to attend any more of our sales.

    I've ended up at two of their sales. Now if I see it's this company I won't go. Items are not priced, they make them up when you check out . The women running it talk loudly to each other about the customers and make nasty, rude comments aloud. They also loudly make general comments about people at the sale stealing and trashing the place. Make you feel unwelcome. I won't be back. I've noticed their sales are always during the week which means their client gets less business as most people can't come on a Wednesday. They probably don't want to spend their weekend working. The clients that hire them are getting short changed.

    Most unprofessional company for an Estate Sale. I go to Estate sales throughout the city and never have encountered such rudeness to customers. Nothing priced , is on her phone trying to see how much something is worth before telling a price. And very short and rude with customers when they say it’s too high. I don’t know how she is still in business. Will avoid this companies sales in the future.
