      I purchased a condo from the Montgomery county sheriffs office. Magdalena M**** was the attorney who handled the foreclasure for the court. I am suppose to get a clear deed from the court. yet I failed to receive one because of Magdalena M**** error in handling the foreclosure. When I tried to sell the home the bu**** title company made us aware of a lien that was on the condo. I have tried to contact Magdalena M**** via phone and certified mail. I have not received a response from her. In real estate time is of the essence. in order to continue with the sale of the condo we really need Magdalena M**** to fix her error. Can you please help me in trying to solve this matter?

      While this platform is not the proper venue to address the issues raised regarding title and a foreclosure action, we recognize that communication is important to resolve issues.  In this situation, and due to the specific issues raised and multiple parties involved, our office was working directly with the title company involved in the potential sale to address any outstanding concerns regarding title.  Unfortunately, we assumed that all parties were aware that the issues were being addressed.  We are still working on resolving those issues, and it does take time when multiple parties are involved.  Due to the nature of the issues and the fact that this platform is not the proper venue to address, separate correspondence is being sent to the owner directly regarding the status of the same. At this time, as the owner’s concerns are being addressed separately, we request the complaint be removed at this time.

      In regards to the response.  The business states that it was working directly with the title company.  I asked the title company if they had any updates on several occasions.  Their answer was always no.  Like I mentioned before I called several times and even sent certified mail.  I have not received a reply.  Since I filed the complaint on 4/6/2022 in their response they said they  would address separate correspondence to the owner.  I have not received an email a phone call or regular usps mail from them.  The condo has been under contract for sale since November 2021.  It has been nearly 6 months.  Still no effort in moving forward and still no results.  What can we do to resolve this matter?
