  Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have had nothing but regret dealing with them. They tell more lies than the truth. Don't walk away from them run away!

  Had a property that I just had enough of. Difficult to get to and needed lots of work. CGG is local to Cleveland area and actually came out to look at the property in person, unlike the hundreds of out-of-town investors. (They also looked at another property several months earllier but we didn't make a deal). Ryan was my contact. He was polite, professional and followed up on all our communications. After their inspection they made an offer consistent with what other companieshad offered and I deemed the offer fair consideringthe amountof work needed. We signed a contract. At this point, I'd give 5 stars but they decided to ask for a reduction in the offer. I mulled it over for a few days and spoke with other investors and decided to cancel the contract. Since CGG had invested some time and money evaluating the property and getting estimates, they asked what could be done to make the deal happen. I said we had an agreement and that's what I needed. They agreed and we closed and planned. Very smooth and easy. They held up their end. I never felt any pressure from them and enjoyed the transaction and was grateful to no longer own the property. I'd reccomend them if you need to sell a property that need work.

  These guys are scum! They do not treat people fairly across the board. I am an out-of-state investor from California. I wanted to buy my first rental property and I could only afford to purchase in the lovely State of Ohio. But Michael ***** would not sell to me, would not answer my calls, and when the returned a call, he was rude and stated that he did not have time for me. Fast forward some time after I eventually purchased a property, I go to sell it and Michael *****'s side company, Capital Growth Group, are using a different name try to purchase it from me. I am now working with *****'s goons - Joseph ********** and Andrew ***** Unbeknownst to me that they are ALLLLLL working with each other, I agree. Then they go quiet. The close does not occur. They cancel escrow. They do not return calls. Then, they tried to list my property for sale at a price waaaaay higher than what they agreed to purchase from me for. I can understand that they were selling a purchase agreement, with with no communication, there is no honesty or integrity with these filthy people. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

  We sold our property to Capital Growth Group. Nick was our contact agent and was very courteous, helpful, and explained everything that we needed to know about selling our property. Andrew was another great person who I contacted to have more information about the process. Everything was very accurate and finally we had our closing meeting and our money was in my bank account the day the Title company told us. The Notary, who was a lady, was excellent and very knowledgeable about every detail. Thank you CGG, we appreciate your business!

  This company has continued to call and text me nonstop! I have told them the following: I have told them to stop I have told them they have the wrong number I have told them I am not the person ****** they are looking for I have told them to take me out of their system I have told them, I do not own property in Ohio I have chatted with them, for them only to respond and tell me they can't change their records I have blocked so many different numbers THEY WILL NOT STOP! I do not know if this is a real company and if those are just other scammers giving them 5 stars, but if they are real, I will NEVER recommend them!
