              If I could give no stars I would. I have tried “emailing” customer expertise person Ted R. My emails bounce back there is no way to even give a complaint. The treatment I received was so awful at the mentor mall location. I was rudely treated because an item I had been told tested as real diamond appeared to be fake. The blond haired older women was so horrific to me arguing with me stating it was costume jewelry and she would know because she’s been doing this for 30 years. I finally told her to be kinder and she kept arguing with me. I don’t care if it’s real or not but that is NOT how you treat someone. As I was leaving she said have a good day to my turned back in a snarky tone. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

It's possible that there may have been a misspelling of our company email address, which would have caused a bounce back on the email. The correct email is ***************************** for any future needs. As for the situation described in the store, I agree that respect and kindness are paramount in any encounter. I apologize that our staff was found lacking. It is our job to identify genuine from imitation or synthetic material jewelry, but that information should always be delivered with the upmost respect and professionalism. I'm sorry that you did not receive that experience in our store on this occasion. I would encourage you to give us another chance. I'd be happy to arrange for our Mentor store manager Lisa to email you to set up an appointment to meet and go over any additional needs you may have.
