    On 12/3/2020 I received services rendered by Capital Anesthesia. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, my insurance company, initially paid out $500.03 to them. This claim was adjusted and on 7/17/2021 a new amount was issued for $610.20, leading to an overpayment on the claim in the amount of $500.03. This was discovered in June 2022 and I called Capital Anesthesia at that time and was asked to send a written request via e-mail. On 6/10/2022 I sent the request and received a reply same day that they would follow up within 15 days. Within that timeframe, they did respond and stated a check would be issued within 60 days. I received notice in January 2023 that this did not occur when Highmark sent my account to collections. I placed a call to Highmark's patient advocate, who was in contact with Capital Anesthesia on 1/10/2023 and they again stated that they would need 15 days to review the issue. I called this morning, 1/31/2023 after 16 business days and was told it was still in review. I need to receive the refund ASAP as my account is now in collections due to the poor ethical integrity of this company.

    Capital Anesthesia was unable to provide an account number when I asked them initially and used my name and date of birth (07-28-1986) as well as my address to verify. I was unable to ascertain if the person I spoke with initially could not or would not provide the account number.

    I rec'd a bill from this company (for service on 10/8/20) in the amount of $181.36, I set up payment plan of $18.00 per month, made my 1st payment on 8/13/21. Then 2nd payment was made on 9/10/21 in the amount of $18.00, I then was able to pay the full bill amount of $163.36 (which has the payment from 8/13/21 only on it). Starting in 11/21 I called said company asking for a refund on the $18.00, since then I've called 5 times, at each time I'm told it will take 30-60 days for refund, told last person, it's been 5 months, I want my money, got the same speech. I've not been able to speak with anyone here in the states, also told person I was contacting BBB

    I want my credit due of $18.00  It's been since last November and still nothing from them (other then the run around)....
