On only the second attempted use, the button to start the unit failed to work. I followed all the instructions including cleaning the unit, putting in new batteries, and trying a new salt pod. Nothing has worked. Customer service sent me a ridiculous response that was written using incorrect grammar. I want a full refund for this piece of junk.Business Response

RhinoSystems spoke to ***** on 1/17/2025. A representative walked ***** through the process of troubleshooting. Once the troubleshooting rinse was completed, the device was set up and tested. The device was working as it should after these steps were taken.Customer Answer

I purchased this March of 2024. It worked great for about 3 times. Then the batteries died. I replaced the batteries with new batteries. It still would not work. I went and bought new batteries. It worked 2 times then quit working. I took it back to CVS where they readily exchanged it for a new one. I took it home and it worked great for about 3 weeks. Then the next time I tried to use it, batteries were dead. I put in new batteries, would not work.. I bought a new card of batteries, still wouldn't work. I just want a replacement of the Navage Machine. When it works, it works great. I get instant relief. I have talked two of my Friends from Church into buying one. I bought a Navage nasal irrigator because I work in childcare and get sick A LOT. I currently have a cold and tried to use it for the first time. I read all the instructions and did everything right, but as I was using it I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my ear, it’s been 2 days now and the hearing in my right ear is terrible, my ear is red, I’m having a lot of ear pain, and I feel water in my ear. I don’t know what to do, I’m already sick and now my ear is messed up. Very upset with this product.Business Response

I was on Navage.com looking at prices of their saline pods as I had just purchased a Navage from ******. Inside the package was a coupon for 25% off and a free gift. While I was on their website their web page was very shakey and glitching. I got out of that browser (google chrome) and opened another (firefox) and it started doing the same thing only this time when I clicked on the item description it placed a $40 order. I was only wanting to check prices. At the time of this incident it was this past Monday (Memorial Day) evening. As soon as that happened I tried to call immediately and got no answer. So I emailed explaining what happened and saying that I wanted to cancel that order and get a refund. They emailed back telling me they couldnt process a refund cause it had already shipped. When I emailed back asking how that was possible when they werent open on Memorial Day (which they confirmed) and most packages do not ship out til the afternoon. They emailed back saying that I am confused. I am not confused. Their webpage placed an order for me. I asked that they delete my information from their system cause if the page is glitchy like that then I am afraid of having my identity stolen. I didnt intend on spending $40 when i had a coupon and still have said coupon but i will never visit their webpage again. Please help me get my money back asap. This product simply doesn't work. The batteries die constantly, and you don't know it's not going to work until you install a very expensive salt pod into the chamber. Also, the claims the company make are fraudulent. It does not reduce snoring or sinus pain. Total rip-off. Worst $100.00 I spent ever. Plus 20 dollars plus for salt pods.Business Response

The last correspondence RhinoSystems has from ****** ****** is from 10/5/2023. She called and left us a voicemail advising her device is not working. An agent from RhinoSystems returned the call the same day, there was no answer so a voicemail was left advising ****** to return our call.. After searching through all of our records, it appears ****** did not purchase the device through RhinoSystems, therefore, we cannot offer a refund to her. The device is more than likely not broken, and can be fixed by troubleshooting with one of our agents at 1-800-203-6400. Any agent at RhinoSystems would be delighted to walk ****** through the necessary troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be fixed over the phone, and the device is still in warranty, RhinoSystems would happily replace the device.Initial Complaint

The picture the customer provided shows clear signs of customer abuse. Just by the picture the customer provided, RhinoSystems is able to see that the customer was either using an unapproved SaltPod hack, or using multiple SaltPods at once by stacking them on top of each other, which results in the warranty being voided for customer abuse. When the warranty is voided, the device is not replaceable. ************ did offer the customer a replacement at a discounted price on 2/22/2024, ************ has not gotten a reply back from the customer.Initial Complaint

I bought the navage system from walgreens they have a 30 day money back guarantee the navage worked for about 2 months then it would not work agian they told me how to clean salt out of inside over the phone it did not fix it they told me they would not give me the money back to take it to the store the store told me it's been over 30 days there product wasn't right they should give me my money backBusiness Response

***** ***** contacted RhinoSystems on 2/14/2024 at 10:08am. ***** explained her device was not working, RhinoSystems requested for ***** to troubleshoot her device. ***** advised the batteries were not in at that time, and she was attempting to look for a screwdriver to put the batteries back in. ***** could not find a screwdriver, and advised she would call us back when the batteries were back in the device. RhinoSystems provides a one year warranty, had ***** completed the troubleshooting steps and the device was still not working, RhinoSystems would have replaced the device. ***** failed to contact RhinoSystems back, therefore RhinoSystems was not able to complete the troubleshooting and could not complete the replacement process.Customer Answer
