    On March 2, 2021 I purchased a double headstone for my parents. My mom was still alive. I was asked by Tim to submitted any request via text to ensure everything was correct. The headstone was was laid. When my mom past, I contacted Tim to provide the date of death for my mom. He sent a text with Jan. 21.2023. On 04/17 I replied with Good evening Tim the end date for Judy should be January 21,2023. I went to the cemetery on 08/05/23 there was no end date. I contacted Tim and asked why the end date wasn't done. I was told he didn't have an explanation and he saw my text with the end date stating January be spelled out. When I went back to the cemetery the date was Jan. 21, 2023. When I contacted Tim again I was told that he was doing me a favor which was not stated at the time of purchase. I was told that that would all they would do once my mom past. Tim stated the spelling January out would make the lettering uneven. I didn't ask for centered inscription. I asked that January be spelled out. It was in the text. Tim also stated that if he had to replace part of the stone I would be responsible for the cost. All Tim had to do was read my text and inscribe what was originally requested. He was very rude and over talking me. This was August 19, 2023. At this time it has not been corrected.

    I have reached out to ***** ******* on August 25th, 2023, since we engraved her mothers date, and I need her permission to fix the monument and she won't respond to my voice mails and my text messages, I wish to resolve this issue as soon as possible, but I need a family members consent to modify the monument, so please contact me at 440-309-5977, I will replace the monument with a new monument with the engraving as ***** ******* wishes
