  They reused parts of an old exhaust that was supposed to be replaced. The welds that they performed are extremely subpar.

  RECEIVED VIA EMAIL BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:

  *** ******* came into our shop on 8/28/2024. He needed exhaust work. His muffler and tailpipe assemblies were found to be in disrepair as well as a small section of pipe in a non-adjacent area. 
  
  The muffler and tailpipe were replaced with brand new after-market parts and the small section was cut out and a new section of pipe was welded in its place. 
  
  All parts were brand new. *** ******* was, at the time, upset that the small pipe section was a smaller diameter than the original pipe. (Photos available upon request). He was informed that he could come back the following Saturday and have our head technician come from another shop and correct the pipe section with the appropriate diameter pipe. 
  *** ******* did not return for service and did not answer his calls nor return our messages that we left for him. 
  Our company policy is every repair comes with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. We are happy to make the repairs needed to satisfy the customer but we do not have any money-back guarantee/policy.
