I started calling Mr. *****, soon after the holidays on 1/12/23. Although the problem had occured in May 1922 already. I made calls to him 1,12,23: On this call he told me, he was working up the street from me and could stop by. On 1/31/24 he stopped without calling, My husband was home but did not hear him at the door, he left his card, I called him 2.14.23, it went into voice mail. On 2,17,23, icalled again, It went into voice mail again. I called him again on 3.01, 23, It went into voice mail. I believe he recognized the numer and didn't want to speak to me. I stopped calling. I had my husband call him in June, 2023. He did stop by and told me, it would be very dusty work. Never heard from him again. We went on vacation, were gone most of the month of July. When we returned in August, 2023, my husband called his cell and left a message, he called his house and left a message with his wife to tell him to call my husband. He never called back. My husband ran into him socially on September 26, and asked him, when are you coming to fix my kitchen countertop. He replied, when I have time. In 10 months he has never had time. I am tired of waiting. The year is almost over. We hired him, because he had done another job for us. At that time he was a gem to work with us. Had he responded to our needs immediately, I would have settled for a repair, now I want a counter replacement because $10,000 plus is a heafty price to pay for a counter top. We knew we were being taken when he refused to give me credit for the plumber I had to hire and for the cabinet maker, that were paid separately.,
