    I bought this Chrysler with no knowledge on how messed up the car really was! I been paying on this car for a long time now $412.36 TO BE EXACT for more then 5’YEARS since I got the car I was forced to fix the problems on my own for a car that came with so many problems to start with! I have had so many on going problems with the leak in what looks like antifreeze since I first got the car & Yet I continue to pay on time never been late with a payment! My on going service with GANLEY has been tiring and a lot of pain & Suffering with lots of tears! MY LAST EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST! They closed me in an office where I cried for hours figuring how I can come up with $2434.44 before I could leaves with my car! I was determined to leave with my car that day which was on January 16, 2023 Because GANLEY by that day already had my car for 7 MONTHS WITHOUT EVEN A CHECK UP ON HOW I FEEL ABOUT MY CAR SITTING AT GANLEY FOR 7 MONTHS! When I got my car back after paying $4500 The first round & $2,434.44 second round it came back home the same if not worse!!! My handle to my driver door was broke my hood was broke my cover piece to my bottom of my car which I PAID $200 For & my engine cover under my hood which I paid $239. FOR WE’RE MISSING! The leak was leaking in more spots this time & My tires continue to need air after I bought & did all they asked for my control armor and bottom of the car as well! They ruined my CAR IF IT WASN’T ALREADY RUINED WHEN I BOUGHT IT! They tried making me do so many other things to my car without really fixing the problem! THE PROBLEMS PERSIST & I TRIED GOING BACK TO HELP THEM FIX UP THE MESS BUT THEY DIDN’T EVEN TRY! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN! I NEED HELP BECAUSE I HAVE INVESTED TO MUCH MONEY INTO 1 CAR FOR IT TO BE SO MESSED UP! PLEASE HELP ME IN RESOLVING THIS! I would really get a lawyer on them but can’t afford one because all my Money has gone in this car!!!

    Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was supposed to be a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Credit Acceptance financed me and on the day of financing while getting insurance I was asked was the vehicle a 2017 or 2018. Of course I said 2017. On year of purchase an e-check wasn’t required. Fast forward to March 2022 I entered BMV for new stickers and was held up about an hour or so. Come to find out I’m not driving a 2017 I’m driving a 2018. Vin number on e-check and in window of vehicle are not the same as my purchase paperwork!! I was asked if I was in the BMV office in January. I stated “No” They double checked all of my paperwork and finally came to the conclusion I was sold an invalid vehicle. Meaning whomever was in the office in January has my Vin number from the car I’m in and I was given the Vin from there car. So they filed there vehicle as a 2018 and it’s actually a 2017 and I filed mine as a 2017 and it’s actually a 2018. So paperwork from dealership to finance and even to insurance in invalid. I went to dealership today because I’ve been dealing with a lot of family issues and did not have time to see what could be done. I was not given a loaner or any satisfactory statement at all. Just we will work it out. That’s not enough. Legally I’m driving an invalid car. If I was to have an accident insurance would not cover me nor the other person. We are both victims of their ignorance and u professionalism. They are driving something they really don’t own and so am I. This is ridiculous. And the finance company also has been swindled. Im not looking to pay more but would have if the papers had been filed properly. The other customer is paying more and would be paying less if their paperwork was filed correctly. Something needs to be done. I hope u can help me.
