First there phone number that is automated and set up to drive you crazy. Bought a truck from an out of town dealer that came with a "warranty forever". After 7 months and two oil changes that were done per there rules my check engine light came on. It was a faulty exhaust bypass valve which they denied coverage. They claimed it was not part of the power train but part of the exhaust and there for not covered. This was after three weeks of waiting on parts and being with out a vehicle for most. Even in the parts that are quote covered under the specific section for turbo chargers it list the bypass valve as a covered item. Now I'm out $1132 because i couldn't do the run a round anymore. This company is an absolute scam and do not waste your time or money on them.

On the second week of December 2024 I took my truck into Dennis Dillion in Caldwell ID to have repairs done. When I bought the truck it came with Warranty Forever program. According to the Warranty Forever program the factory states that the oil change needs to be done if using synthetic oil every 12 months or 10k miles. This is not true as told to me by the service writer at Dennis Dillion which they stated it is every 15k miles. So when my turbo charger, heating plate, and one other item needed to be repaired my claim was denied because I had gone over the Warranty Forever policy milage not the manufacturers recommendations for an oil change by a few hundred miles. Now I have had the truck serviced beyond the recommendation of the Warranty Forever and followed the manufacturer policy and everything has been done by Dennis Dillon. This will cost me over 9k which I believe is just the Warranty Forever program not wanting to pay.

I've had my car for about 8 years now and have had warranty forever since I purchased my vehicle. I've kept up with all the maintenance of the car as to not void the warranty but yet I'm getting denied for my claim to get my car fixed. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now because they claim I skipped an oil change which I did not do. I had an oil leak around the time I needed an oil change and when they repaired my car they had to change the oil which is an "oil change" technically which means I did not do anything to void my warranty but yet they keep denying it anyway. I've been without my car for 2 weeks because they want to keep denying it and void my warranty so they don't have to pay for anything. This company is a joke and will do anything to get out of paying for your vehicle repairs. I wasted 2 weeks with no means of transportation waiting for a response from them which should have only taken a day at most just for them to keep denying my repairs. They have denied it twice even with me explaining I never skipped an oil change and have proof and their response is that I'll have to speak with a supervisor. How much longer will that take? It has already been 2 weeks without my car!! I shouldn't have to be worrying about paying $1,500 to fix my car that is covered under warranty right before Christmas just because this "warranty" wants to void my contract so they don't have to cover it even though I've done everything to keep this warranty active!!

Purchased a diesel truck with a lifetime warranty in Walla Walla, WA brand new. 5 years later I need a new head gasket with 83,000 miles. Warranty forever says my claim is void because I didn't call in every time to get pre approval even though they told me, during pandemic, to not call in every time. I knew this was a joke and a crap warranty when I told them this when I called in to file a claim and the guy on the phone started laughing saying "uh oh"

Had maintenance done faithfully for years since purchase of vehicle over ten years ago. Experienced medical hardship in my family which left me caring for a bedbound parent 24/7, and Warranty Forever canceled the warranty on my vehicle because I exceeded the time portion on getting the oil changed (even though we were told to go by the MILEAGE by the dealership and always had for years, and had only driven the vehicle about 3000 miles since the last oil change). I asked if they have any sort of hardship clause or forgiveness in place for situations such as mine and was told there was “no way” they would reinstate the warranty. They tried to go back SEVEN years and claimed I exceeded the time limit (6 months) on an oil change, but I have proof of where they performed warranty work on my vehicle the following year, using maintenance records based on mileage, but now they back out of the contract on an $1800 repair. I will NEVER bother with a warranty like this again.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion in May 2019 that came with a Warranty Forever. We were told by the dealership that before getting services other than the dealership, a call would need to be made to Warranty Forever for pre-authorization. My first oil change came around and I called to get permission to service my vehicle at the facility of my choice and was given an authorization code. The next time (8/25/2020) I called for authorization and was told that I didn't need to call each time for oil changes and to just hold onto my records. Conveniently, they have no record of this call. My transmission is now needing to be serviced and I am just outside my powertrain warranty and now they are saying my warranty is void because I did not call each time I had my oil changed outside the dealership. It seems this is a common occurrence after researching the company and reading reviews. Customer service is a joke and they do not solve anything as they just read off a script as I was told several times during my phone calls to have this set straight.

Purchased my 2016 Ram new with a “Warranty Forever.” I did all required maintenance per the contract. Now 7 years later I have a transmission problem. Called them for coverage which they declined. They said although I maintained it perfect, there were 2 services that I did not call and pre-authorize service. I believe this is a lie. I called in religiously. There is no way for me prove this years later. I am about to pay $2500 for a transmission repair that they should have covered. BUYER BEWARE! F RATING ON THE BBB WEBSITE. Terrible customer service. Scams.

Warranty for truck for life of ownership. Paid $2674 for Warranty. I am supposed get oil changes by Certified dealership which I was doing. Warranty forever claims I did not get oil changes as frequent as per Warranty. I tried to explain that the vehicle has a oil engine life which I was getting done per vehicle specified. Now the say my Warranty for life is null and void.

I purchased a pick up truck in 2017 in Dillon Mt. My truck came with a Warrenty Forever Agreement. I pre-authorized every maintenance visit with my truck, tire rotations, brake work, fuel filter changes everything including all oil changes. I called to get authorization for an oil change last September and was told I didn’t need to change the oil as often as I had been by the representative “after checking your records”. Since the truck is a Diesel engine he said I needed to follow the manufactures recommendation of oil change every 7500 miles. Up to that point I had changed the oil every 4 months or 4-5000 miles. I told him I rarely drove the truck and he insisted I could wait 6 months or 7500 miles “whatever I preferred”. Those words are written on the notes I have for the September pre-authorization. Today I went to preauthorize an oil change before an extended trip and was told since I waited 8 months between oil changes my Warrenty was now void. I explained I had put on less than 4300 miles and what I was told by the last rep. This representative said I should never have been told that and she would not preauthorize an oil change since the Warrenty was now voided. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused at first then when I asked again she flippantly said she was “a manager”. When I asked again for customer service number to call or a manager she said she would request a call back but “it wont do any good”. I told her she can look at the at all the other pre-authorizations, why would I suddenly stop doing what I have done for 6 years if I wasn’t told to do it this way. She again said i should not have been told what the rep said and it was my responsibility to follow the paperwork. Warrenty was void and there was nothing I could do about it I feel like I was given bad information by a rep just to “catch” me in a violation on the next call so the company can void the Warrenty. Don’t expect a call back or any positive resolution,

I had a forever warranty with *** **** and completed my inspections every year and sent them in to the company and this year when I went to set up my inspection I was told my warranty was no longer active. After paying $215 each year for the inspection I am now without one because someone did not check the mail and make sure my paperwork was filed for my forever warranty. I called the company and I was told there is nothing they can do about it and when I asked why I did not get a notification, which would have told me something was wrong they said they do not notify anyone when there inspection are coming due or when they are getting to the end of the grace period. Very disappointed that every other company notifies their customers of due dates but this one does not even though I sent in my paperwork through the mail. So because I did not get any notification they they received my paperwork I lose my Forever warranty and I cannot renew it at all even if I was willing to pay a fee. Thinking about selling the camper now. Thanks for nothing *** ****. Here's the link to the site so no one else gets hung out to dry by this company. ***************************
