I placed the order on 01/06/2024. Order number is *********. The order is air gun pellets, it's $53.84. Then I received a shipping confirmed email, the email showed me an ****** tracking number ***************. But up to now, there has been no update on this tracking number at all, and I haven't received anything either. I contacted the both ********** and ****** customer service, they were keeping passing the bucks and doing anything but help. My demand is either to get me a refund or to receive my order.Business Response

Details of the issue: - Date of transaction: 11/09/2023 (for order) / 12/20/2023 (for return/refund) - What the business committed to provide you: They only provided me with a refund document that I directly attached to this request. When I tried to contact their customer support about the issue they did not tried to resolve it, I was only told to wait for the refund to appear on my original payment method used to pay the order. - What the nature of the dispute is: A non respect of their own refund policy. Like previously told the refund was effected on December 20, 2023, i returned the order on December 8, 2023, as i write this request, it is January 31, 2024. It has now been more than a month that i respectfully, and faithfully wait for the refund to appear on my bank account, i tried contacting them several times and always got the same answer, which is normal for most cases if things don't change, i will always have the same response, but here, there is an obvious problem. - Whether or not business has tried to resolve the problem: No, they didn't, that is why i must contact you about this issue - Account/Order/Tracking number: Customer # ********** * ***** ** ********* * ***************Business Response

I had bought an *** ******* ** or whatever its called for 99.99 and spent a total of 118.11 for all the shipping and tax cost. I wait patiently for about a week then when I see its “delivered” then go to get it and low and behold its a nothing but a tiny paper back CATALOG.Business Response

I attempted to return a defective air rifle for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. I ordered off Amazon and the first time I sent it back because it was defective.. The 2nd time I sent back a Customet Rep named Doug gave me nothing but trouble.. I was well within the 60 day return policy.. Just because I got mad at Doug for not listening to what I was trying to say.. they made me pay the return shipping on a product that arrived damaged.. Doug became increasingly hostile towards me even though I’m the customer and he’s not. He represents a business and should treat customers as a #1 priority.. I attempted to try to talk to Doug’s manager but they wouldn’t let me. Kept making excuses.. I’m a Disabled Veteran with Cancer and I don’t need th stress that I’ve gone through.. I will be making sure Doug is reprimanded for his actions.Business Response

This complaint has not been filed in good faith. The representative was asking questions in an effort to troubleshoot a common issue. The customer, ******* *******, would not cooperate with troubleshooting and began responding with abusive and profane language. At no time was the customer treated poorly. Our records indicate that a Return Merchandise Authorization was issued as a result of the customers request. The customer will receive a refund, minus shipping costs, once the return has been processed. Furthermore, in light of the abuse directed towards our employees we will exercise our right not to conduct any future transactions with this customer. We consider this matter closed.Customer Answer

I had to fight for 3 hours to just have them accept my return. Doug was not professional..
I will continue to call out the injustice that was done. I will also back up other clients similar complaints..
I’m going to make sure Doug is held accountable for his actions. He can’t just think he can sit behind a computer and be disrespectful to me and get away with it.
The only reason you won’t do any more business with me is because I called you out and am forcing you to be held accountable for your misconduct.
i will be expecting a full refund and detailed written apology from Doug for his misconduct

We ordered an Air Venturi Air Compressor from Amazon in 10/21 sold by a seller called Pyramyd Air. The compressor broke after just being used a couple of times. We shipped it back to the seller under warranty paying $187 for shipping. The seller kept it for a couple months or so and then sent it back in the end of 08/22. We opened the box a few weeks after (my husband works in tax and had a few deadlines coming up) just to see that the compressor they sent back was leaking oil and was overall not packaged well. We contacted the seller telling them the compressor they sent back is broken but they refused to help since it had been 60days since delivery (despite the fact that we didn’t have the compressor for the full amount of the warranty period). We contacted Amazon who refused to help since it wasn’t them who sold the compressor but just a seller on their platform. We then contacted Air Venturi directly who never even responded. We’re out $1715.99 for the compressor plus the $187 to ship it to supposedly get it fixed and all our time spent trying to get reimbursed for a broken compressor.Business Response

This complaint has not been filed in good faith and there are vital details missing which impact the veracity of what is being alleged. There have been multiple inquiries from the complainant as well as the account holder. The manufacturer has already agreed to a courtesy repair of the unit in question in spite of not being obligated to do so. Customers have 5 days from receipt of a delivery to report any damage. ****** ******* has already admitted that the package looked damaged upon arrival. In that case he should have made immediate contact to arrange return and replacement. The item was delivered to the ******* residence on or about 8/29/22 and the first complaint about damage was 11/05/22. This is well outside the window of any responsibility for replacement of an item damaged during shipment. Also, it is outside the timeframe allowed for a damage claim with carrier who executed the delivery. In spite of all of this a decision was made (at 12:34 PM 12/7/22) to provide a shipping label for the ******** and get the item returned for evaluation and repair or replacement. We consider this matter closed as we have already taken the steps necessary to resolve in favor of the customer.Customer Answer

The claim they made that we were sent a shipping label to send the unit back for repair is untrue. I’ll attach the only response I ever got from the manufacturer which was after I filed the BBB complaint. The policy of if you don’t catch us poorly packing a product that as a result broke during shipping is unacceptable. People go on business trip and vacations longer all the time and we had no idea when they’d finally send the “repaired” unit that in the end was just as broken as the first one. Even if we received a new one we’d most likely run into the same issue of it breaking within a few uses be abuse it appears to be just a poorly made air compressor. If they want the broken unit back for repair I’m happy to send it but I’d like an air compressor that actually works or a refund.

I purchased an air compressor from pyramyd air. The compressor is sold under the name of air venturi, they own pyramyd air. This compressor was manufactured missing a critical component required to function. Without knowing this, I operated the compressor and filled all of my air tanks, as well as filled air guns and paintball guns. All of these items are now compromised. According to their own manufacturers manuals, it has compromised their own equipment. The company blames me for not inspecting their equipment before using it. I have gone through ever possible resource for operation of their equipment, never once does it say to check to make sure the manufacturer installed this critical component. Without a filter, oil and moisture infiltrated everything. They will not take responsibility. This is nearly $8-10k in damages because of this error. I uploaded an image of what gets filtered out. I also have a air gun manufacturer who I have mentioned this whole scenario to, he mentioned it permanently damaged their gun because of what happened. ThanksInitial Complaint

I ordered items from this company, I paid in full, and they sent me a partial shipment upon receipt of that full payment. Now they are holding part of my shipment hostage and trying to charge me more money. I just want my items without having to fight the supplier for what is already mine just because they want to make another 25 bucks off me. I would advise checking in to see if they have been ripping off people for years and they just made it so hard to get such a small amount of money that people have just been paying it to make them stop asking and not bother reporting. This is not the first time someone has tried to double charge me and it probably won't be the last. I am glad we have some recourse to resolve it. Customer Support Team interacted with this customer and explained what happened based on the selected shipping preference. There was no scam and the balance owed was billed properly. As a courtesy, the shipping charge was waived and the parcel was shipped. This has been resolved.
