      I am looking to speak with someone above the city manager. On September 15th at around 430pm my husband and I enter the Sherwin williams on 12502 Mukilteo SPDWY suite 101 Mukilteo, WA 98275. We were not greeted. Then as we stay in the front of the store looking for the colors I need to match for my newly bought store front. Neither employee still greeted or asked if we needed any help. When I sent my husband up to ask if they could help us with a color she proceed to ask my husband if he knew the name of the color and said if he didn't she couldn't help. No let come see if we can match a color nothing. I have been in to several Sherwin William's and not ever I have I had a problem or been treated in such a. manner. The person is usually happy to help. at the time of asking for said help no one I believe was in the store. No help at all and the lady was very rude unhelpful. I went to use my business charge account and she told me I couldn't use it. and charged me $181. statement attach

      Complainant states that she and her husband visited a Sherwin-Williams Store on
      September 15, 2021 and were not greeted. Further, Complainant claims that the employee at the
      store at the time of Complaint’s visit was rude and unhelpful.
      Since superior customer service is important to Sherwin-Williams, Complainant’s
      statement was forwarded to the local District Manager for handling. Both the District Manager
      and the Store Manager connected with the Complainant and offered an apology. Lastly, as a good
      will gesture Sherwin-Williams credited Complaint’s account for the amount of her purchase that
      day.

      Paint purchased by me on my credit card for paint job from Sherwin William client/contractor. Contaractor never showed so I want to return paint. Never opened and still in Sherwin Williams boxes. Sherwin Williams stands behind "No receipt-no refund" even though I have CC statement showing details. They claim nothing after 30 days also which was never explained to me. I want to return for refund. $361.65

      On september 2nd/21 I purchased 7 kits of Tile clad Epoxy from sherwin Thats 14 gallons 7A 7B They were all supposed to be tinted the same color. When i arrived to pick them up i was showed 2 cans they matched so i was ok with not opening them all as i use sherwin daily and am an account holder so ive never really had problems. I did the floor like always and it came out with 4 different shades of What was supposed to be double latte a sherwin color from there color wheel. Im not pleased as i spent $915.81 on product that im now not getting paid for due to whomever improperly mixing 7 gallons. I would like to be contacted asap. I Will provide all proof etc to have this matter taken care of. Thank You.

      Complainant states that he purchased seven kits of Tile Clad Epoxy on 9/2/21 -- 14 gallons of
      7A and 7B. All seven cans were to be mixed to the same color, but when applied, they were
      different shades.
      Because superior customer service is important to Sherwin-Williams, management of the store
      from which the original product was purchased has agreed to refund the cost of the product in
      exchange for an executed release of all claims.
