              I have been a resident in the ****** ******* Apartment Complex. Twice this year( January 8th & February 12th) this complex has left me 3 day notices to vacate the premises despite receiving and cashing my rent payment prior to sending the notices. I had to call them to verify that they indeed did receive my payments. I called regarding this and inquired why they sent this notice in February, they stated that i had a 300 dollar balance. Despite not knowing why i had a balance i was told that an audit would be done to determine what it was for. The Manager Annette ****** had no idea why but stated that she would find out and get back to me. They did not reach out to except in the form of an eviction complaint filed through the courts even though they have been accepting my rent payments. I reached out to the manager however she will return nor answer my calls.

              DO NOT RENT HERE !!!This place is full of bugs !! They made me pay a double security deposit and a prorated rent for 1/2 a month to move in. I moved in on Saturday and found that it was completely infested with carpet beetles (dust mites) on Sunday. I immediately tried to contact the manager who then made me send photos cause they couldn't believe me. Then said they would talk to me about it tomorrow!! I don't do bugs and told them I was packing a bag and staying elsewhere. They then went to look and try and say they seen nothing. After 3 days of arguing back and forth they finally agreed to let me out of the lease, but refused to give me the prorated rent back but did agree to give the double deposit back. So for a 1 night stay I paid $350 and have bugs in everything I own and have to pay a fortune to do all the laundry. DO NOT RENT THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BUGS !!!!
