    My family and went to the *********** ********* hotel on July 8th. We arrived on July 8th at 5pm and valet parked our car. We didn’t get our car again until July 9th at 12 noon. When valet pulled up we noticed our car had been wrecked!! The valet manager was standing there when they pulled up and we began taking pictures. She said she would write a report and we should be able to get our fixed quickly. She called us about 30 minutes later and said she had interviewed some of her employees who remembered us checking in and valeting. Well later that day she called back after taking to her boss and now she has a different tone .. she was now saying they weren’t responsible!!! We were furious needless to say!! She was then stating she talked to the front desk of the hotel and said on our bill it had "self park" so we must have done it. We explained that was a simple clerical error by the hotel because we had obviously had valet parked as she was standing there when the car pulled up damaged!!! We had a valet ticket in the car window and our half of the valet ticket!!! Before she spoke to her boss she said that they had circled where any damage was on the car and the front end where the damage was was not marked. Then when she spoke to her manager then they wanted to say there was damage there!!!! She also stated after speaking to her manager, " my manager said your claim will be denied so do we even want them to file a report". We quickly stated YES!!!! Your company wrecked our car and you think we wouldn't want a report?!!!!! So now we have a wrecked car and no one wants to take responsibility. We have repeatedly asked to see footage of the car being parked and they will not provide!! If their cameras are working there will be proof who parked the car and when!! Also, the hotel said if we had did any self parking we would have to use our room key to get out; so they could easily pull the record to see we NEVER used a key card to get out of the garage!!

    I am aware of this situation that happen on July 9th, 2022. I never told the guest that the claim would be denied because I do not handle claims. I submitted the claim right away as the guest stated that we damaged the car. I do not know how the claim is going due to the fact I do not handle claims after sent. The photo's I took was for the claim which is already uploaded to the system. I do want to apologize for any miss understand.
