My original purchase was of poor quality, wig dealer agreed to replace it. They sent a return label for USPS, and because fedex was near me I paid to have the item shipped back to the correct address and provided Shanice M. the tracking receipt. They missed the delivery twice, and fedex reported they were closed during their business hours so I reached out both times and was not given any different instruction. On the 3rd attempt fed ex delivered my package weeks went by and I never received a replacement. Shanice stated the package was signed for by someone who doesnt work there and she would investigate. Fedex determined after an investigation that my package was delivered to them and that they have over 10 packages delivered to this business with the same exact signature successfully. I have been told now that because I used fedex instead of usps and spoken to them rudely that I will not be getting a replacement wig or refund. They now have my money and merchandise and I am left with nothing.Initial Complaint

I ordered 8 items from Wig Dealer, and they only sent me 4. I have reached out to Wig Dealer on multiple occasions to inquire regarding the status of my other 4 items, but to no avail. The company continues to assert that I need to show them the packaging for what I have already received "first". The sad part about it is that the order confirmation clearly shows that I only received 4 items, and the other 4 items have yet to be shipped. I do not have the original packaging anymore for the 4 items that were delivered, but that shouldn't even matter. Original packaging for 4 items that were clearly delivered is irrelevant. Nothing should negate the FACT that my other 4 items were never shipped, as even evidenced by my order status. Any who, I am now in the process of filing a dispute with my bank (Chime), in the hopes that I will receive a refund for what was not shipped. I wish I would have ordered using PayPal because their Resolution Center definitely would have made sure I got my hard earned money back!Initial Complaint

I tried to purchase a lace front wig from the website, but when I placed the order it said my order was canceled never giving an explanation for why. Then I noticed the money was taken from my account, but I’m not sure how if the order was canceled. If you’re not a celebrity she will not help you with ANYTHING. I paid $115 for clip ins because I seen a lot of celebrities going to buy hair from her so I trust her company until she started telling me what I wanted to hear and start ignoring me. I contacted her MULTIPLE times if she can file a claim to FedEx so they can give me my hard earned money back and she still haven’t cooperated with filing a claim and it’s been DAYS and she’s been ignoring all my messages and concerns about my package but she would answer celebrities or influencers comments. All I want is for her to do is file a claim to FedEx and she just refuses to do that.Initial Complaint

01/29/2023 and 01/31/2023 My first purchased was cancelled due to my billing and shipping address being different which was not listed on their website, my refund has not been sent and that was $299 spent on 01/29/23. I just moved here from Texas. I called and spoke with Shaince who was very rude and was not trying to help me with a solution. She repeatedly hung up in my face on top telling me I am the only customer with this issue. Issue being local delivery in Cleveland that again is offered on their site but was not offered once you got to shipping part of the order. So to me it seemed to be an issue with their website not me. I was asking for any voucher codes so I would not have to pay for shipping due to me being a local! Shanice never offered me anything. I then was charged $399 for $100 express shipping. I am requesting full refund of $299 and $399 spent with this company due to how poorly I was treated by the agent and was over charged! I asked that the owner contact me and Shanice sent over a generic Thank you email for ordering message which was not any help to me! I feel they should be shut down! Purchased a Brazilian curly 20inch wig on 7/16/2022 order# ****** total $369.96, I used a alternative payment platform called ****** that allows you to pay in installments. I was a first time customer of Wig Dealer and I believe ****** (not sure if i used them before). Shipment was fast but packaging was basic and horrible not how they send it to celebrities or social media influencers. I opened my package and pulled the wig out, I immediately was confused on what was sent to me. The wig DEFINITELY did not look like the photos or videos I’ve seen on reviews, it’s thin, smells bad and just didn’t give the look as it described or shown. Like I received a bad batch! I went to WigDealers site to submit a chat request around 7/22 and i never heard back from anyway after the 48 hours they claim they will respond, so i wrote on their Instagram and whoever responded was rude and called me shady about my complaint. My comments were also removed! I emailed the [email protected] and LaShea A. Responded “apologizing” and mentioned i have to basically purchase extra bundles to achieve the look, saying the wig I purchased is a natural density, it doesn’t look or feel that way. AND the cap is fit for TINY heads not small like the description says, i myself, my sister and my 7 year old tried the wig on and only my 7 year old could fit it. Measurements on the site are not correct. A waste of money and horrible customer service. I sent another email 7/29 with my concerns and it was ignored, they could have definitely refunded my money or took the wig back. I purchased another one from a different wig shop and it was less money, better service and better quality wig. SO, i tried to dispute with ****** and they ignored my photos and screenshots of this madness and agreed to decline my dispute. I am not happy and now all payments were made from ****** but 1 that is coming up and i refuse to pay for a product that has been trashed and false advertised. I purchased a wig from wig dealer beginning of July and I received my wig and it was damaged I haven’t even wore the wig yet I contacted them all they could tell me it’s in there policy. I disagree this company is scamming people you don’t sell items for such a high price and ignore the customer when your trying to get this issue resolved. I purchased hair from Wig Dealer and WILL NEVER again. I have heard about their hair from a couple reliable people and wanted to invest in a wig that I could use for at least 3-4 months minimum. The wig was a Brazilian curly lace frontal 22' for $374 (Order# ******) . I purchased the wig on March 8th and it was delivered on the 14th which I was impressed about. I was pretty busy so I did not open the box until about the 22nd of April. I am also a hairstylist with over 10+ experience. So when I finally opened the box it seemed super thin but the texture was soft at the moment, I let it go. I installed it and the frontal lace itself was really good, I can't lie. That day I was actually excited that the wig so far had been reasonable ( minus the density ). But the very NEXT day around 8pm that evening, I noticed that the back of the wig, near my neck area had began to tangle up. I did not think too much of it at first and I brushed it, then I wrapped my hair and went to bed. The THIRD day, around 3 pm, the back started to tangle again and I then knew something was wrong. I took the wig off, washed conditioned, EVERYTHING. It literally lasted a couple of hours and started tangling up again but this time it was the whole wig except the very front of the lace. The hair is already thin, so I lost so much hair brushing it. I contacted Wig Dealer on April 1st letting them know the situation and sent videos and pictures via email. I was told that due to the policy they basically could not do anything. I even asked if they could at least refund me back half and take this wig back or to sell me another wig, shorter length, straighter texture for a discount because I assumed the texture was the problem, idk. But they really did not care to make sure I was satisfied at all. I believe they know who to sell the less quality hair too because to be very honest, my experience with this wig was so bad that I actually came to BBB to complain about it, which is something I've never done.
