I have not used them yet but the person who I spoke to was a very non customer friendly person. She hung the phone up on me twice. She claimed the phone dropped. No it did not she hung up. The city of Cleveland hired them to improve how they handle critters in a city that has issues. as a tax payer I do not expect special favors from vendors. But I do expect to be treated with respect and the employee to listen to what I am saying. I am writing a letter to my councilman Stephanie Howse Jones, and the commissioner of Animal Control because I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. This is a big step for Cleveland to expand their program.and I want it to work, but I will not tolerate the persons bad attitude of their person who answers their phone. Respectively Lynnie G

We did contact this city resident who was on the city trapping list for nuisance wildlife animals. We left a message with her to contact us to answer some questions for her trap placement. This is a free service to the residents of the city of Cleveland, We did not hang up on her. We have since discovered we had phone issues that day. If she is still in need of a trap, we will be more than happy to place a trap, but we need to know what type of an animal she is having an issue with and where she would like the trap placed on her property. We take pride in our customer service.
