    I ordered 2, 5-packs of dwarf cannas, none of which came up.The quality of the bulbs I received were horrible! Dried out, hard and rotten. I contacted customer service regarding this issue and that several bare root plants were leave stems and were rotted. A new order was issued for the 2, 5-packs of dwarf cannas and the bare root plants, again all but two of the canna were Dried out, hard and rotten. Additionally all four of the bare root salvia I ordered did not survive. This time when I contacted customer service I was ignored. When I contacted them to let them know I would no longer purchase from them and that I would write poor review for their customer service and low quality products, they issues a new case which they have still ignored. Very disappointed, do not buy from them they are completely unreliable.

    Your offer to give %10 off AND free shipping on orders of $129 and more is false advertising. It is either free shipping OR %10 off $129 order but not both as indicated in your advertising. This amounts to about at most minimal reduction in price -free shipping is about $20 off $149 (shipping for a $129 order is around $20) and then %10 off $129 order is $116.10 but then add $20 shipping and its $136. So with the way YOU are administering false statement of %10 off AND free shipping is $129 (free shipping OR $136 for %10 off. MISLEADING and FALSE advertising. Obviously if buying $129 in merchandise the free shipping is the better deal for the consumer. But you state in your offer that for $129 order you get free shipping AND AND AND %10 off, but in you are only giving one or the other. False advertising.

    Placed an order for $250 of a variety of bulbs and bare roots on 7/17/24. Estimated ship dates at time of order were: Bulb food 7/18-8/01, actually shipped plant food on 11/26 and said bulb food was out of stock. German Iris 8/5-8/19, actually shipped 9/27. Multiple tulip bulbs and bare roots 9/2-9/16, actual 11/21. TWO MONTHS LATE. I was notified Dutch Iris Sapphire Beauty was "out of stock" on 11/18 and received a credit. I did not attempt to plant the bulbs and roots this season as it was far too late in the season for them to establish roots before low temperatures here dropped into the teens one week after delivery. Hopefully they will survive winter storage. But now I have had to do double work to prepare the bulbs for storage, and then will need to dig up my beds where there will already be emerging bulbs in the spring in order to get these into the ground. They have promised to guarantee the bulbs - I will post back if they fail to replace any bulbs that do not produce. Do not trust their stated ship dates. They are completely unreliable.

    No, I don't want to leave one star. I want to leave zero stars. I've had a horrible experience with this company. And apparently you can't leave a ****** review? They are so scammy. I ordered four kinds of tulips in late August for delivery to Iowa. It's not mid-November and nothing has shipped and I got noticed that two items are now out of stock. That email gave no instructions on how to get a refund. I paid them nearly $100 2.5 months ago and I've received nothing. I emailed and called and it's a run around that leads to nowhere. DO NOT BUY.

    I bought $215.34 worth of bulbs got a confirmed email saying payment went through then about a hour later saying It didn't take my payment so contacted my bank it said they most definitely took the money out of my account so I called customer service they are saying they didn't get the money so I give them all the information they needed and then CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! and once again they are saying they never received the payment and my bank is confirming they have taken 2 payments of $215.34 so now its just circle after circle of them saying they didn't get payment but definitely received my money on my count say taken out by k van bourgondien (SCAMMMM)

    I bought 100 bulbs that were advertised as 6+ cm size. I received bulbs that were 2cm and smaller. They promised a refund but never received any refund

    Not a fan, I received my order of bare root ****** ****** out of sixteen only four of the had the roots attached, reached out to customer service all I get is canned e-mail also tried to call absolutely no help. Been buying from other for over forty years thought I would give them a shot because of there verity hard lesson learned, would not recommend.

    Absolute fraud. Lycoris bulbs imported from India were full of narcissus bulb fly larvae (report filed to dept of ag at that time). Two years later, after they recovered, they flowered and are incorrect. Ordered L. sprengeri and got L. x squamigera. Customer service agent tried to convince me that because they were also pink that they were correct. Nope! This has happened so many times, and perhaps I am the one who should learn the lesson to never purchase from them again. Replacements only come as the exact same item that was mislabeled the first time. And what does one spend a merchandise credit on? More mislabeled plants? Beware of any company with a lifetime guarantee. And avoid this business altogether. Not sure who actually owns this company today, formally Gardens Alive!, which also owns Dutch Gardens, Breck’s, Michigan Bulb Company, and on, and on. Junk mail order companies that are all the same but parade under different monikers. Avoid!

    I have been ordering for a few seasons, but I have been growing tubers and bulbs for over 35 years. This year, I ordered 10 single flower dahlias, only 3 of which came up. I ordered 2, 5-packs of dwarf cannas, only 1 of which came up. The only thing that grew successfully was the 2 packs of dinner platter dahlias that were ordered. Very disappointed. I have had some problems in the past, but never anything like this. ***********************
