            On August 9, 2021, I bought a ********** grill that was described as still in the box and in good working order. The transaction took place on FB marketplace. No indication that this was a business with policies. I paid to put the item on hold for pick up $250 was the total price paid. When I picked it up the item was not new and was just thrown in the box as it was previously returned for damage. I get the grill home to notice the entire leg was missing. They attempted to order one but it has no timeline as to when they will get it back in stock. The grill is also broken In many places beyond the leg missing. I’ve tried to obtain a refund and return the grill, they refuse to provide one and keep demanding I take store credit. I will not accept store credit as I never agreed to shop at their business and was never made aware of any policies of no refunds prior to them taking payment for the item.
