1 starNEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND INTEGRITY.I ordered 250 shot glasses with a certain design/concept where the word MAY DAY had to be at the top of the glass.I was sent a proof to confirm and i clearly stated in an email .The person responsible sent me a final proof which looked like what i asked for so i approved it.I recieved the product and the word was just past the half way mark.i reached out to complain and the manager responded that they dont guarantee the product to come out exactly as in the proof.so i ask myself what the purpose of the proof is.if it was off by a few i could underrstand but i think if i want ball on the 100yard line and you put it on the 60yard line thats unpardonable.they offered to give a discount but i told them what i wanted was the work to be redone the way it should be.they then sent me the same approved proof and a new bill to pay for it to be produced.i then asked what guarantees there will be that the proof will come out the way i want it since they dont guarantee placement.the managers response clearly shows that they are culpable for the initial error.she said she personally wrote and attached a note to the proof that it should be done as is.Basically her direction was what was needed for the thing to come out the way it was shown in the proof.......where was that direction in the first instance.they shouldnt be in business.if there was a negative zero rating i will give themReview fromTanesha F

1 starIn the past I've worked with Totally Promotional with good results. But this last experience is so egregious I simply cannot use them any longer. I ordered an 8ft tablecloth for my nonprofit organization. The proof said 8ft, the invoice said 8ft, the product I received was 13ft.They are hiding behind the semantics of, "...our language states, 'This tablecloth will fit an 8ft table'" and since the 13ft tablecloth technically fits an 8ft table, they cannot refund nor resend.We ordered two; I offered to keep one and have a new one reissued at the right size with the right cost, and they said no. They fulfilled their "promise". They offered my nonprofit organization a 15% discount to fix their mistake. Why? For them to send me another tablecloth that technically fits but looks atrocious. NO thank you. In this economy, customer service matters. Own your mistakes and work with your customers to make it right. Do not ask them to pay a discount for your mistakes. 1 starDo NOT order from Totally Promotional! I had a terrible experience with them. They sent me the wrong bottles when I had placed an order for 100 bottles for a school event. We found out at the event that the kids didnt fit the bottles. Trying to reach a supervisor is impossible. Even after filling out the ticket they required, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. Their warranty manager claimed there is no one above her that I could speak to. After their large error, they were not apologetic, willing to refund the entire order or go out of their way to resolve the issue. Their warranty manager, *******, just wanted to argue. HORRIBLE customer service. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them to anyone. Spend a little more and use a reputable company!Review fromCecil B

1 starI ordered personalized cups for a baby shower. I asked repeatedly if I could get them by the date Totally Promotional promised which was the day before the shower. The online person assured me that yes they would arrive on the date promised. They did NOT arrive and I had to find generic replacements at the last minute. Ends up in the very fine print that dates promised are actually ESTIMATES. I had to pay when ordering while the company can just lie about their delivery obligations. They offered me a rush order refund which was a fraction of what the order cost and they never even suggested that I add that to my order in the first place. 1 starTheir colors on the website are not accurate. I ordered cups with navy blue lettering. The cups I received were very much royal blue. I sent them a picture of my receipt that very clearly said navy. They would not send a replacement order. All they could do was offer me 15% off another order. 1 starWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. BUYER BE WARE!!! SHIPPED WRONG PRODUCT AND DENY RESPONSIBILITY! I very intentionally searched the internet for a product I had used before and wanted to purchase. I found the product online at TotallyPromotional.com and ordered 25 (the min quantity) for $80. When my package arrived, I immediately noticed that the ingredients did not match my Order Receipt and it was a totally different product. I called Customer Service and was sent to the Warranty Manager, ******* ******. ******* made it her job to deny all responsibility and insist that there was NO WAY I could have ordered the product I wanted...even though it is STILL marketed on her website!! She went to great length insisting that her production team says the product I wanted was not available on the day I placed my order, and was only added to the website days after...so there's no way I could have ordered it?!!! Basically accusing me of lying??!! What?! I emailed her photos of my Order Receipt, the the old product label I had to prove that I was directed to her website because I WAS INDEED searching for that very specific product. Although the product I ordered and want IS STILL CURRENTLY AVAILABLE on the TotallyPromotional website, ******* was bent on maintaining her position and DENYING REFUND OR PRODUCT to a paying customer who firmly believes they were WRONGED!! Her attitude toward customers is honestly atrocious, incredibly small-minded, short-sighted, and just does not make business sense. I inquired about an escalation process and she told me that everything comes back to her, so there's no purpose...a circular reference! WOW. 1 starHorrible customer service on a mistake that THEY MADE! They put the wrong phone number on all the koozies that I ordered. I sent in a mock up of what I wanted with the correct info on there. They asked for just the logos and they'd put the text on them to ensure it was a good resolution for printing. The wrong phone number!! which makes them absolutely useless to me! We're a small business and this is insane to have to go through this. To resolve the problem, they offered me 15% off my next order... WHICH IS ALREADY AN OFFER TO EVERYONE WHO GOES ON THEIR WEBSITE. I had to go through my CC company to get this fixed. 100% satisfaction-YEAH RIGHT. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to work with. Horrible to work with.Review fromYann B

1 starBUYER BEWARE!!! I l’m writing this to warn others before going wi the totally promotional lot their wedding site totally wedding. I went with them because they had the best prices and apparently fast shipping. I placed one order with them and then wanted to reorder some cups in another size, i deigned them and put them in my cart, without thinking I pushed checkout and instantly realized I wasn’t ready to place my final order so I searched for a cancel button. There is no cancel button. I immediately called support, they said to email their customer service email address with my order number to request cancellation, I did so right away to be sure it wasn’t processed. I never heard back confirming cancellation so I followed up 3 days later to be sure, that’s when their customer service and warranty manager really became a misery to work with. They said I didn’t file a ticket (which the customer service line never mentioned and that wasn’t even a visible option on their site). Because of this if I wanted to cancel I’d be charged $50+ tax. But wait I requested cancellation immediately, why would I be charged for a set up that never should have happened? Oh because their “resolution committee” deemed it fair. It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever heard of, in todays world to not have the option to cancel an order online right after placing is crazy, but then for your service department to provide no service in your request and for you to charge me for providing no goods or services is wild. I cannot express how unpleasant, condescending and rude their reps were along the way. I will never ever shop here again.
