    there is several maintenance issues, garbage disposal doesn’t work , it backs up in the dishwasher. ant problem. toilet doesn’t flush properly.water leak in the basement. old carpet , heating and cooling issues, mold in the bathroom. they never send anyone out to fix anything. the was raised . the cabinets are falling apart no weather stripping on the doors the back steps are falling apart. not to mention i have a lung disease and these are serious health issues.

    I have been telling the apartment complex for years now that they have a breaker box in the basement when the basement leaks. The foundation is coming in as well as if there is water that is coming into the basement. This has been an ongoing issue. Everyone that comes say that they’re going to fix it however, it has not been fixed. This is a fire hazard and it is very dangerous, but no one seems to be taking it seriously. I would also like my money for my cone back, due to they advise that they were going to do something about parking out here. However, they have tenants out here that have several cars that are parked like it is their very own parking lot / car is broke down no windows tires flat not moving to where others get off of work and we have nowhere to park while others have seven and eight spots it’s not fair to everyone. They are quick to apply their fees. However, when it’s time to have something done, everyone takes tThey are quick to apply their fees however, what it’s time to have something done everyone takes their time my rent has went up and I have nothing to show for the rental increase. I am also in the process of contacting code enforcement because it is getting ridiculous around here..

    Per phone call, management stated they were not aware of these issues and are new to the property.  They have scheduled workers to address this.

    I am rejecting the response as this has been an ongoing thing for several years now. And I have yet to get a result. I’m always been told that it’s going to get fixed, but it never does. then we end up with new management and I’m right back to the drawing board all over again. Meanwhile, rent is going up as well as other fees are being added, but again I’m getting no type of result for anything.

    I have called many of times left messages, However no one returns your phone call when you are filing a maintenance order. Your told that they are going to return and fix an item and they never do. Since the time I have been here I have had 4 different dishwashers that constantly leak on the floor and back up into the sink, I’m always told that they are going to come back out and fix it and they never do, not to mention other items in the home that were supposed to be fixed and or replaced it has not been. The basement constantly leaks when it rains from the foundation that has not been fixed, I have lost items in the basement due to the dampness, as well as the wood is rotting on the back porch not to mention having to do my own pest control. The rent is constantly going up however nothing is being done within the property at least my unit, you never know who the maintenance people are as there are different ones every time and no one seems to know how to fix anything. Last time when they had Roto-Rooter out to try to fix the issue in the basement they broke the basement stair never fixed it there are numerous violations that code enforcement has given the property which they still have not fixed. The caulking in the bathroom is half done, not to mention the registers that they still have not replaced as well as closet doors and the ceiling for the front and back door. I can’t tell you how many people have came out and took pictures of the issues but nothing has been done.
