    I have made multiple complaints in the past and videos and I also have Oreos of me reaching out . The company has failed to do anything about it regarding neighbors threatening me , harassing me , slashing my tires and also having teenagers with firearms on the property. They also failed to do anything about tenants and their company that they had living with them without even being on the lease. Today I get a letter on my door regarding complaints from neighbors and the business has made false allegations without any proof. My lease has been broken by the company that pays my rent . I’m in the process of moving out and haven’t been staying in the property due to being in and out of the hospital and having family help me recover . I figured the rental office posted the violation on my door out of retaliation and due to an abatement and a couple of work orders I had put in . A abatement is when the rent is stopped being paid due to the company not fixing an issue in a timely manner , meaning the tenant has to move out and find a new place . The company also has a worker in the office that shares information with tenants that shouldn’t be shared with them at all which I have video footage and proof of that as well . I believe the company posted this because they know I haven’t been at my home and purposely want to evict me out of retaliation.

    Hello, 

    All concerns are taken very seriously here at Windmiller Pointe.  Although the resident may not feel that we have acted on her complaints, since we cannot share this information with her about other residents, I assure you, violations are delivered when necessary.  Our office was unaware that Ms. ******** was not staying in her unit, nor was the violation out of retaliation in any way.  Ms. ******** came into the office and spoke directly with the property manager regarding the incident.  The property manager explained to Ms. ******** at the time of the meeting that since she was scheduled for move out in 2 weeks on April 30th, the violation would be removed from her file, as long as there were no other issues in the meantime.  Ms. ******** agreed to this.  

    Ms. ******** has not shared any video/audio of employees sharing her personal information.  If she brings this to the attention of management, again, I assure you it will be handled immediately.  

    The unit was put into abatement because Ms. ******** had an illegal occupant in her unit who removed the peephole.  Our office was not contacted, instead she contacted the housing authority directly to do an inspection.  Because we were unaware the issue existed, the housing authority sent us the task to replace the peephole and self certify with them.  We replaced the peephole that same day.  For over a month following that time, Ms. ******** refused to sign her portion of the self certification, leading to abatement of the unit.  This was directly because the resident would not complete her required task.  

    Ultimately, we want to keep all residents safe in our community.  And all complaints are investigated and violations are delivered.  There were no eviction actions, or legal action mentioned to Ms. ********.  She was simply ask to follow the rules for her remaining time at the community, like all residents are expected to do.

    I spoke with the manager in regards to the letter and this was made before I spoke with her so yes we came with the conclusion of me moving out . Which was completed . And we agreed that tenants would not bother me in the process which failed to happen . There were no illegal occupations staying in this home (false information that the office is listening to tenants about) , When I did speak with the manager she admitted that things in the past weren’t taken serious and they will be moving forward . I do have video footage that I can share about the woman at the front desk being unprofessional and sharing tenants personal information with other tenants( my Negibhoors) in violation of hippa laws and also other tenants experience this behavior . I also have attached the footage and emails of the messages as well since i been living there .

    I had moved into Windmiller Pointe on august 4th , 2023 but due to all the violence and disturbance specifically shootings almost everyday and everyone in the community being violent fighting each other . I wanted to break my lease because I do not feel safe and as if it’s anywhere for me to bring my unborn baby or family . I haven’t used any utilities and I tried to moved in twice since but I couldn’t because it’s always roped off or something violently going on I brought my concerns to the office and was told unfortunately I agreed and signed the lease so that’s that and to give them $500 along with an email stating I don’t wanna be there . Everything that goes on there will literally have me reliving all my PTSD over I hear stories 24/7 about all that goes on and I even asked some in the community the day an in incident occurred if this is what regularly happens and was stated it’s an on going issue and hearing the stories reminded me off too much and worried me because my family doesn’t want to come here along with there reviews being an 2.8 and reading them back things up .

    I am rejecting this response because: It’s violent and unsafe for me and my unborn child . Also it’s not being handled properly I have spoken to police , residents and I have photos of what goes on .

    I moved into this apartment June 20, 2022. I have had numerous conversations with the neighbor above me and there is no consideration or respect at all! I have made several complaints, sent records and pictures to the property management. They have done nothing about my situation what’s so ever ! I just had a baby 2 months ago and the neighbor above me has been very disrespectful to me and newborn with the continuous noise and trash being thrown in my apartment space. The property manager has threatened to kick me out because of my complaints. She has done absolutely nothing to help solve my issues and now it has gotten to a point were me and the neighbor above me are having altercations. It is not fair at all! I pay rent here and she just brushes my problem off, in a very unprofessional tone as well. I have been nothing but respectful in this matter and it has gotten me to the point where I am forced to put my 30 days notice in because my child and I cannot live in this condition.

    Per conversation with the business, the new property manager handled this situation and the tenant is happy with the outcome.
