These accounts are not mine. According to *** **** and FCRA along with FDCPA rights, any unauthorized and fraudulent activities must be removed and blocked from reporting to my credit reports. I have attached documentation of the letter that was sent to the furnishers on March 10, 2021. They are still contacting me and this was shown up on my Equifax credit report. I will *** them if they continue to collect debt that is not mine.Business response

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your issues regarding credit reporting through the Better Business Bureau complaint process. We hope the following information and explanation will answer the issues addressed in your complaint.
In an effort to resolve your request, we researched your account and verified your account was reported as ***** days past due on three occasions and as ***** days past due on four occasions. We have enclosed a copy of your payment delinquency statement for your review, detailing when each payment was due and satisfied. Please note, although your account was delinquent after March 1, ********************************************************* accordance with the CARES Act.
Upon receipt of your correspondence, we conducted a thorough investigation into the documentation you provided, as well as our account records. However, we were not able to validate your claim of identity theft. Based on the results of our investigation, your account will continue to report to the customer reporting agencies. We have enclosed a copy of your Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement (Lease Agreement) for your review. We have also enclosed a copy of your Lease End Statement, detailing your remaining balance of $12,886.62. To discuss payment arrangements regarding this outstanding balance, please contact Radius Global Solutions by phone at **************.
We certainly understand how important credit reporting is to our customers. However, as a Data Furnisher, BMW Financial Services does not instruct the consumer reporting agencies to remove derogatory information unless we find our reporting of an account to be inaccurate. In this instance, the data furnished to the consumer reporting agencies is accurate. Your correspondence does not provide sufficient justification to change the way we are reporting your payment history to the consumer reporting agencies under the guidelines and regulations we are required to follow as a Data Furnisher. As a result of your dispute, we will provide an update to the consumer reporting agencies to reflect the results of our investigation.
