      I ordered a bundle product from exoforma with 2 day shipping , they sent a confirmation email but never shipping or tracking because they never sent it.... its been almost a week clearly i needed that asap if i paid for fast shipping.

      Purchased a 2 pack of Wet Tire on 4/27/24 and have never received product yet. I emailed them and received a reply on 5/2 that it would be shipped within the next few days. I emailed again on 5/7 and received the same response. I reached out again on 5/10 and have not received a response. I either want the product or a refund.

      ExoForma Tire Shine was ordered and paid for by me on 4/21/24. The amount of the debit card pymt was $25.94. I have not received any proof of shipment from their Co regarding this order and the address they supply in their bank transaction is a historic home property address with no contact information! IhVe emailed twice with no response. There's another address on Huntly road Ste J also in Columbus Oh but again no phone no. These people must be frauds...taking peoples money and not returning it when there's a problem with their products or receipt thereof. They need to be investigated and prosecuted if fraud is involved.

      On 1/20/24, I ordered a PermaShine Tire Coating product that is advertised by exoforma as "Our newly released Tire Coating is the most durable product you can use on your tires. It will leave your tires with a great shine that will last months instead of weeks. It applies easily and dries completely to a touch within an hour, leaving behind a zero chance of sling". On 3/13/24, I emailed exoforma that their product did not meet my expectations and that I wanted to return the product. I also informed them that after I purchased their product, I came across their product on Amazon in which only has a 4.0 rating based on 6,072 reviews. And also informed them that I purchased their product because it has a 4.9 rating on their website based on 3,509 reviews. On 3/13/24, they informed me that I couldn't return the product based on their 30-day return policy. I replied “I completely understand the 30 days return request policy. However, the product didn’t get used until exactly 9-days ago, And it was due to the fact that when I received the second shipment, our vehicles had already been detailed. We only use both vehicles at car meets and weekends and they don’t require constant detailing. My son and I decided to use the PermaShine product since it had just been sitting in our car garage since delivered. So on 3/13/24, was when we decided to have the cars detailed and fix the mess on the tires with the PermaShine product.

      Date of transaction: 10/02/2023 Purchase price: $24.94 Complaint: Exoforma states that returns are accepted for 30 from date of purchase. I am attempting to return the product but no one has contacted me, since requesting the return.

      Purchased product from ExoForma and product didn’t work as described. Reached out to company via email and after a week of going back and forth I asked for a refund. They said they would but I had to pay to send product back. Do not see how that is my responsibility when product clearly doesn’t work, at least what I had didn’t work. All I wanted was a full refund. Not being hassled about it for a week.

      I am trying to get my full refund for this product that I had received and it didn't work for me so I sent it back to them after they said they I had to pay for return label and I did but when received the package back to them they wanted to charge me for return shipping that I paid for.       I ordered on 8/26/22 and still have not received my order that I paid in full.I contacted them and let them know that I haven’t received it and they said they wanted me to contact they shipping partners so I did and they told me to contact the seller so they could put in a claim.I let them know that and they said they will get back to me and when they did they was asking me to contact they shipping partners again then emails stopped…

      I ordered the tire shine product in July of 2022. I received the product and followed the MFG directions. I was less than pleased with the result. I contacted the company for a return and; The CS agent (****) told me that I was applying it wrong and sent a link of a random youtube video of some guy putting it on his truck. "This is one of the good comments coming from one of our customers: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/O_wgJGXxWi8 It seems that this was all caused by the misapplication of the product." - **** CS agent at Exoforma I have emailed and reached out VIA social media NUMEROUS times and have yet to get a response.
