They sent me the wrong order on May 30, 2022. I returned the order around the end of June after contacting them about the incorrect item. They advised me to return the unused product at my expense (which I did). I have provided UPS tracking information on 22 June 2022 indicating that the product was delivered on 27 June and on the 9th of July 2022, a partial refund was issued for $7.95. It has been two months later still no refund of my balance of $49.90. I have been trying to be patient but I just get general replies via email telling me that 'the team' is still reviewing.Initial Complaint

The company advertises tire shine product that last up to a year even after washes rain etc after using a bottle of there cleaner to prep the tires on both of my cars it went on nice but only lasted a week max I made several attempts to contact them via email because they clearly offer a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied but they just keep telling me they have to talk to someone else about itInitial Complaint

I ordered a product from their website and the item was never delivered. I told a coworker about this product & he received his. I’m still waiting for the product. I reached out seeking a delivery date and was told it was behind due to them having a backlog of orders. I requested a cancellation and refund but got another email stating it would be delayed arriving. I tried requesting a straight refund due to them not providing a date for my product. I have no patience for inadequacy when it comes to trying to seek answers and it just going in circles. At this point I do not want the product but I want my money refunded instead. They don’t have a phone number listed for customer service but just an email that couldn’t be more impersonal. It helps them not to really have to answer questions one on one.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Exoforma and still have never received the product. I received an email with a tracking number but it shows it’s never been picked up. There is no way to contact the company other than email or Facebook. They do not respond to any emails asking for refunds.
