      The company Express sells items from another entity. When you purchase something from there market place they don't tell you that they don' handle anything for the order. All issues must be sent directly to the entity. Also, the price on express is triple the price on the entity's website. This is price gouging and deceptive practices used by this company. The customer is unaware of this when they place the order.*

      This company has very unethical bordering illegal practices.
      I purchased an article of clothing that was too small. After asking about exchange policies I was told that I could return the original item and then repurchase the item in the size I wanted and the price would be matched to the original if necessary. The original was bought at a sale price and so I was happy to leave immediately and return the items in store. Prior to do this I did call to speak with a service rep just to confirm this info was in fact accurate. I was assured it was. I then purchased the item in the correct size online (they did not have the item I wanted in store). Afterwards, I called to have the price matched as I was told in a customer service chat (that I saved photos of). The customer service rep that answered named *****, was rude from the start. He not only demanded I have proof of the phone calls as well as the chat, he then attempted to tell me what I told him about the prior call and chat were not true. He made me email him the chats and I did. He told me to pronounce his name correctly as I must have said it incorrectly, I’m not sure. As I began to get frustrated he told me to stop and I needed to let him finish what he was saying which was all argument about why I could not be price matched. He then left me oh hold for about 10 minutes and then came back and told me too bad they were denying the price match. I asked for his name. He gave it and hung up on me. I then got on the chat with another rep who immediately, no hesitation, price matched and resolved the situation. This employee was really out of control in his approach and willingness to resolve. I would appreciate an apology and want to let others know that Express is really not what it once was and to beware before buying. They do not care. If I could give a zero I would. I’ll never purchase with them again.

      I made an order for $117.99 and the total amount was charged to my card. One item shipped for $21.65 and then my card was charged again for $96.34. Another two items shipped totaling $47.63 and then my card was charged again for $70.36.
      I understand that these amounts are a "hold" on my card and will fall off, however I do not understand the need to have a hold on my card totaling $284.69 when the total of my purchase was only $117.99.
      I contacted customer service and they said "sorry, nothing we can do". Horrible customer service and now I have to wait 5 business days for the $96.34 and $70.36 to "fall-off".
      Not shopping here again, on the simple fact that it is bad business.

      Purchased a pair of jeans online. They didnt fit, and had to return them at the store. The store had no idea how to handle this really, and it took them a bit to figure it out. I paid for overnight shipping, and needed the jeans pretty quick. They were not able to do that and assured me that they would be in on time. This was on 1/19. I was also told that i would not be charged until the new pair shipped. I've been charged for the product last friday 1/20 and have not received confirmation of the order, shipment, customer service just doesnt respond. Honestly the worst customer service experience i've experienced. Never had to get to this point of posting a complaint on BBB before.

      Express is too much of a hit or miss and I spend too much money with them to even deal with this.. I ordered a pair of jeans using all of my express cash they did not fit.. so I contacted customer service customer service said ok go ahead and reorder it in the size needed and I will reimburse your money back ok thats awesome I appreciated his help but somehow I had lost him on the chat the second person I contacted helped me and did the same thing for me.. well lol im waiting for my order to say it will ship never did.. a week later it says ordered canceled.. an absolute joke so I re contacted express the ********* I spoke to refused to help me and told me that reimbursing my money was a one time courtesy and they arent obligated to pretty much help with the new order and reimbursement because after I return an item I used express cash with its gone it really is a joke that express does this to their loyal customers and I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. All I wanted was the same pair of jeans in a size bigger for free like my first pair was because of all my express cash i had from SPENDING MY money with them.. express do better for your customers!!! so sad.

      I have been trying to place an order with this company for over a month now and all I get is the run around. My Credit Card has no expiration month or year and no CVV number! What kind of c*** is that.

      Bought a 125$ jacket with stains and wear and tear, awesome. This company is trash they're products are trash. I'm offended over the trash they try to peddle.
