On 4/13/18 an extended fraud alert was placed on my file with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion for seven years, due to previous fraudulent activity that was occurring under my Maiden last name of "******". Per the attached information received during a recent co-signing attempt the origination date of this transaction was on 10/23/2023. Not only is this transaction date by ******** well within the 7 year timeframe, the fraud Victim alert appears on the report summary page.
I have never used ******** for any transaction. This transaction was unauthorized. Both ******** and ********* are in the wrong for allowing this transaction to occur and be placed for third party collections and adding your fees to a balance that should never have been allowed to get approval. ******** will also have a BBB complaint filed against them for shady credit activity and allowing fraud.
This issue will immediately be addressed, disputed and removed from my credit report. My previous employer showing (***************) experienced a data breach and as a result my information that was on file under my maiden name was compromised.

I have no knowledge of this charge nor have a I had a checking account in over 12 years because of identity theft. I have filed with the Federal Trade Commission, also with the Police department and have incident report numbers for my protection. I do not write checks for anything, again, as I do not, nor have I had a checking account in over 12 years. This is being reported to my credit with a date of 2023 so for this to be for a returned check that occur 2023 it is absolutely fraud or a scam and needs to be removed from my report immediately. what I also find odd is that it was not able to be verified with Equifax and Experian and removed as it should be, but transunion is stating they verIIfied the debt. I would like a copy of this because again, I don't have a checking account and haven't for over 12 years so there is no way in 2023 I had a returned check for anything. I never received anything from CyberCollect in regards to this debt/returned check. THIS IS FRAUD AND I AM FILING ANOTHER POLICE REPORT TO ADD TO MY FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONS RECORD AS WELL.Business Response

This is a scam. I am not the only person that's have a debt collection appear on my credit report that I have never had any association with or never heard of until now. On 4/15/2024 I received a credit alert about a debt collection from Cybercollect (which turns out to be Payliance) for $225 from a betting company called **** ****. I have disputed with all 3 credit agencies. 1 has removed it and the other 2 has not removed it for fraud. I have never had any thing to do with this betting website. How is it possible for scammers to make it legit to scam people by creating false debt collections to people. I have tried contacting the numbers showing ###-###-#### and it just a automated message. And tried contacting payliance also. No real person at all. Where is your proof? How can you put fraudulent collection on my report with no proof for a returned check. It is fraudulent and a scam because I do not gamble. Resolve it ASAPBusiness Response

It is mind blowing how all of the little info that **** **** did give me was not any of my info. The last four of the hone number, address, last four digits of the bank account number either. How can you help commit fraud or commit fraud and make go through all this trap for some gambling site. That I have never heard of until it was put on my credit report. I don't even gamble. I live in a state where it is illegal with your company for gambling. Yes I did some research on ******** since that number listed for collection is useless. So how did you create this scheme that it is mine. Getting proof from this collection company is non existent. So stop lying stating that I can contact you. It is a lie. I am writing to report an issue with Payliance's account validation process. They failed to validate an account allegedly belonging to me before placing it, neglecting to verify it with account-level documentation. This oversight raises concerns about the security and legitimacy of the account. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate and ensure Payliance implements proper validation procedures to protect consumers' financial security.Business Response

I received an alert from Experian regarding a collections account that was added to my credit report on 4/13/24 by Payliance Collections for creditor ******** for the amount of $230. This is NOT my debt and I have NEVER done business with ********. This is fraud and identity theft. I have filed an identity theft report with the Federal Trade Commission. I have filed disputes regarding this with all 3 credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion). It is my understanding that it has been removed from my Experian credit report, but that it is still on the other 2 credit reports (TransUnion has the collections agency listed as ***********, and it's my understanding that they have the same address as Payliance Collections, just a different Suite number). This needs to be removed from all 3 credit reports immediately as it is negatively impacting my credit score. I have never received any type of correspondence from Payliance Collections/***********. I have called Payliance Collections several times to file a dispute with them, and I have left them 3 messages, but I have never been able to talk to a person, and I have never received a call back from them. I feel that Payliance Collections/*********** should be investigated due to their unethical business practices.Business Response

There is a collection entry on my credit report from "CYBRCOLLECT" which is at the same address as Payliance. The website listed does not exist, and their phone number is "not set up to receive calls." The collection is for a returned check to ********, which is a horse betting company in New York. I know nothing of this company, and I have never even considered betting on horses. ******* and ******** removed the entry after my dispute, but ********** tells me that the debt was verified. I received an alert on my credit report that Payliance had marked an account "unpaid returned check" in the original amount of $200 from ** ****** ***********. I have no idea who or what this company is or what they do. As of 04/11/2024 they have also indicated that the amount due has increased to $220. I have been relentlessly trying to contact this company to dispute the validity of this account as I havent written checks in at least 18 years so this is definitely a mistake but the VM is consistently full and you can never reach a live agent. This has damaged my credits terribly and I want this removed from my credit immediately. I believe their practices are very unprofessional. I was never notified nor did this matter present itself until now to even have a discussion. It is unfair that without confirmation that this is indeed my debit I have been marked responsible. Very disappointing that they set themselves up where you are on the losing end of this as you can never reach anyone and the derogatory information just stays until you ultimately get frustrated and potentially pay the balance even if it is erroneously assessed. If the FACTS prove this is mine (which is highly unlikely) I will satisfy my obligation but this is not mine and needs to be correct as soon as possible.Business Response

This company put a collection of debt to all 3 credit bureaus lowering my credit score. This debt is not me and the company never reached out to me.
