We hired this company to do a driveway/parking pad for us. We mainly hired them because they offered project managers that were there during the process to oversee it and make sure it was done right. The morning of our project the company let go of all their project managers. This affected the experience of the project as well as the quality of the finished product. The crew that was there was non communicative and my questions to my contact at the business were met with silence. The job was ultimately finished but I had 2 complaints to the company. The first was letting go of the project managers the morning of our project and not providing any communication or replacement. They offered a discount close to the amount I was asking for to cover that complaint. The second is where my complaint remains and it has to do with the quality of work. Not knowing how the job should look I reached out to them to see if they could send out someone to go over the spots that were needing to be fixed. It took over 2 weeks for them to actually send someone out to meet with me. When the person came out it was someone that was not able to make any decisions and they assured me that the job was not that bad ("B+ work"), at the same time communicating that they were not happy with the decision to let go of the project managers. In the course of that conversation the representative made it sound like there was nothing to be done to address the issues. When I made a mention of being ok with that if i didn't need to pay the remainder of the balance they said the higher ups would take a lien out against my house if that happened. Hearing that there wasn't anything that needed to be done along with the threat of a lien if I was to exercise the only lever I had for remedy was enough for me to want to make sure I documented this issue. They said they would get back to me, and I hope it can be dealt with amicably, but at this point I want to cover my bases.

On May 26-27, 2023, I had my concrete driveway removed and replaced by The Concrete Driveway Co. Shortly after the completion, cavities and pitting began to appear at various locations throughout the driveway. I have repeatedly called, texted, emailed and even completed their online claim form on September 14th. I have sent them photos of the issues and reached out to several employees that were present when the driveway was poured. I have received no responses from the company. The driveway continues to deteriorate with additional cavities, cracking and crumbling occurring.

Hired this company to install a concrete pad on my property. They backed out of the job the morning it was supposed to start, but not before leaving an entire dump truck load of gravel on my property. The job lead told the dump truck to dump and then he backed out of the job and left. This was the third time they had been on my property, so there is no excuse to back out of the job then. Now the dump truck company is seeking payment. I did not order the gravel, or tell anyone to leave it on my property. Now I keep getting hounded by a company looking for payment and I would rather just not have a pile of rocks next to one of my oldest trees. I did not breach contract. I did not order gravel. I did not tell anyone to leave it on my yard.
