              Nov/Dec of 2019 I paid "The concrete guys" Almost $5,000 to install a heated concrete apron to my driveway. It did not heat. I contacted Nick M******* who is the owner and he came to check it, it worked x 1, then never worked again. He came out maybe three more times since then, always with an excuse why it wasn't working and that he "fixed it" but it never worked. The last time was this past spring when he checked the electrical signal where the wire entered the concrete. He said the wiring in the concrete was "fried" and that he would have to re-pour the concrete. He said he hadn't full waterproofed the connection and that's why it happened. I asked about scheduling the job and his response was "I have no idea what my schedule will be...It'll have to be sometime in July. I've tried to contact him and have never been able to get a response. This is supposed to have a 2 year warranty on it, which will be up this winter.

              **** does poor work and will not honor his warranty. He refuses to return calls or messages. We are simply stuck with a cracked driveway. Do not hire this man.
