    **** Davis installed our flooring incorrectly (which they admitted) and now there are large gaps throughout the floor. We have been trying for 8 months to get them to correct the problem. They are not returning calls, emails, contacts to the corporate office, etc. We only want the issue resolved as it was their error. DO NOT let them put you through the chaos they have with us. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! No attempt to resolve the issue. Now we have an attorney involved just to get them to correct their error. Do not do business with them. You will be SO Sorry!! Totally unacceptable - this was a very expensive job which, after they got their money they were done with. Just move on to a reputable company and avoid them at all costs.
