      Community is horrible. What is the point of downloading an app that makes my life convenient to pay my bill. The app isnt working and I hate that as customer they are making jump hoops..

      They stole 950$ of my money. I have shown proof of payment many times over the months, they closed my case and stated they issued refunds for the money they lost/stole. This is a lie, they are crooks and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I owe 950$ for an account that should be paid off, IS paid off but they kept my money. I would be in jail if I stole ten dollars but because they are a financial institution they get away with it because I am just a p-on right?

      They are the worst credit card bank that I have ever used. I had to pay over 100 in late fees when I paid that right after I received the bill. I proved to them that it was their fault, and they did not take off these crazy late fees because I closed my account due to the incontinences they showed. I have a credit score of 840 and have never experienced thief like this before. They should be shut down!

      So I have had a Card with Bealls and Ulta Beauty stores for a few years. I've never missed a payment on either card , been late, or gone over my limits. My Ulta card I rarely use because it's just too expensive, but last Christmas I did use it for online purchases. Regardless, always paid my monthly payments, I think I was 1 day late once in 3.5 years on the Bealls card, but other than that one time of one day late (and I made extra payment to cover the $30 late fee for being 1 day late) I had 100% on time history. UNTIL, this February when I had a heart attack. Without warning, and only discovered when I logged in the Bealls app to make my payment, 6 days late, is when I discovered they cut my credit limit in HALF. So the Bealls card only had a low limit to begin with because I never asked for an increase (didn't want one, have 7 MAJOR Credit cards to keep up with monthly) , $300 was the limit, so when they cut it in half, that left me with only $41 available credit to spend. Then I log in the app to pay Ulta, ON TIME, and discover that COMMENITY HAS DECREASED MY ULTA CARD LIMIT, from $500 to $350. Ultimately , this decreased my FICO SCORE, which is ironic because COMMENITY GAVE A "FICO SCORE HAS DECREASED" Reason for lowering my card limits. Ironic , isn't it? Lowering my limits caused my FICO score to go down , and Commenity is the reason my fico decreased. So during the 6 days I was late on the Bealls payment, my phone was blowing up, 6, 7, 8 times a day. Really???? I answered and explained to them I had a heart attack, had already scheduled my payment, and please stop harassing me. Lady was unbelievably nasty. Needless to say, I'll be paying both cards off and then closing the accounts. Bealls is garbage anyway and Sephora is better than Ulta. BUT .. I'm considering filing a lawsuit against Commenity for unauthorized action, pulling my credit w/o my permission. Commenity, do better, you'll be shut down soon if you continue on like this.

      This bank locked my account out in January, paid the entire balance off and they said it should be reinstated March 19th. Fast forward to today, card is still locked, fees are being added to the account, that I am unable to use and when I called to check the reason the card was still locked, they told me it "could be unlocked sometime in April". 4 months of having your card locked, for a missed payment! And still adding fees monthly is insane.

      This is the worst company to finance through. I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I would have looked at these reviews first. I was charged for something in a different state. I disputed it, which took over 3 months, in the mean time I was told I'll still get charged late fees and interest. I ended up closing the account. Now I'm being told that since my account is closed they can't take off the additional charge so sorry. Now this $9 mistake they made is costing me almost $50!! It's even hit my credit with a late payment. I'm beyond ******.

      Have multiple retailer store credit cards through them. When I contacted the customer care for each retailer about why charge card was being declined they told me I requested new cards. I told them I never did that. This is the first time Im hearing about this. I have been trying to place online orders multiple times and when I contact the retailers customer service Im told to contact this bank. This bank tells me until I receive the new cards in the mail I cant make any purchases and the cards should arrive soon. Thats all I get. I have no clue when Im suppose to be receiving the new cards and who requested it. I looked online for the banks contact info and there isnt any except to contact the customer care pertaining to each retailer. Even when *** sent messages to each individual retailer in the message center it crashes before I can send the message. I try to log in again and retype messages but the same thing keeps happening. I want to talk to someone affiliated with ************** directly not the individual retailers. However, I cant find any contact info on their website nor even trying to do a ****** search. Its very frustrating.

      Absolute trash of a company and should be SHUT DOWN! Dont bother applying for any card thats involved with comenity bank, because they will close your account for no reason. I paid off my cards on time, never over used them or used them irresponsibly. They closed my accounts without sending me any form of notification and for no good reason. Then they tell me I cant reapply due to them being closed. Absolute joke and waste of time do not bother!!! Worst credit card company ever and thats saying something.

      Be careful if you use this company and pay very close attention to the promotional date versus your due date. Because you don't actually have the timeframe, they tell you, it's a little less and trust me, they don't miss an opportunity to pile on thousands of dollars worth of fees. If you don't have it paid within their promotional date cutoff, even though it does not coincide with your due date, you will pay a hefty penalty!
