      Please accept this response to the complaint we received regarding ******* ***** on 03/13/2024.

      We contacted Ms. ***** on 03/14/2024, regarding her complaint. During the conversation, we explained that our client, ****** ***** ******** ********, accessed a copy of her credit report on 01/22/2023. Ms. ***** stated she was familiar with the client and did not want to dispute the inquiry with us until she reviewed further and stated she would call us back. We have not received a return call from Ms. *****. We attempted to call her back on 03/15/2024 and 03/18/2024 to confirm if she needed any additional assistance, but we were unable to reach her.

      Factual Data provides credit information from Consumer Reporting Agencies to its clients, which are primarily banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions that have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain credit information for lending purposes.

      We researched Mr. ******’ complaint and did not find any previous contact from him. We attempted to call him on 01/19/2024, 01/22/2024, and 01/23/2024 regarding his complaint but were unable to reach him.


      Our records indicate that our client ******************* accessed a copy of his credit report on 01/26/2023. In response to his complaint and ID Theft Report we disputed the inquiry with the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs).


      Additionally, we disputed the personal information and account information referenced in his supporting documents with the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) on his behalf.


      In addition, Mr. ****** lists other inquiries not made by clients of Factual Data. He will need to contact those companies directly for additional information or to dispute those inquiries.


      Results and correspondence regarding his dispute will be mailed directly to him.


      Factual Data provides credit information from CRAs to its clients, which are primarily banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions that have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain credit information for lending purposes.

      The identified transactions are not information related to any transaction by me as the consumer: **** I've also included a picture showing where Truist claims to have told all of the credit reporting agencies to remove the account and cease the reporting of the inaccurate information. However, Innovis states the account has been verified. They have refused to delete and remove the inaccurate reporting. Innovis is in clear violation and violating my consumer rights as well as violating FCRA guidelines.

      Per your previous request, received 3/3/2023, Innovis removed information from your Innovis Credit Report as a result of the ID Theft Report you provided. The Tomo Credit account referenced in your complaint was not included in the request received 3/3/2023. Additionally, an updated copy of your Report was mailed to your current address, dated 3/27/2023. The Report shows the Tomo Credit account you dispute is not currently on your Innovis Credit Report.

During the conversation, we explained that our client, **** ******** *** **, accessed a copy of his credit report on 11/08/2023 and 03/27/2023. Mr. *********** stated he was familiar with the client and did not want to dispute the inquires.
      Additionally, the other inquiries mentioned in his complaint were not made by clients of Factual Data. To dispute these inquiries, he will need to reach out to those companies directly.
      Lastly, per our conversation with Mr. *********** on 12/15/2023, we disputed personal information and an account information with the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) on his behalf. Results of the investigation will be mailed directly to Mr. ***********.
