mike the owner at joneswear screen printing &embroidery was paid in full on 8 t shirts and two ball caps with the logo of ******** ***** LANDSCAPE he has not contact me on this matter i asked for a refund but he refused to give my money back to me im still waiting for my tshirts and hats is been over 3 months ago .Business response

To whom it may concern, I gave this customer, ******** *****, his items. I have attached pictures as proof that the items were purchased, and he was notified. When he came in to collect his items he stated that the red shirts that he selected, looks like "Trump color shirts" so he decided to go with more of the olive-green t-shirts, which they did not have in stock. I can't make my apparel distributors provide me with items they don't have, and I had to wait for them to get back in stock. On Friday July 23. 2023. He came in and collected the items that replaced the red shirts. He was very rude and disrespectful to me, during this process, because he stated what the issue was when he already knew what the issue was. I would like to refund the customers' money back as soon as possible. I have additional information attached to this email. Please see attachments. Best Regards ******* *****Customer response
