    Dr ******** was methodical and very knowledgeable, however his office staff I found to be very rude and incompetent at passing on important information to the doctor and his assistant. I was told I had an x-ray appointment at 5:30 and given the address by a front desk employee and when I went there I was told they are walk-in appointments only and that ended at 4:30. They called my landline phone instead of my mobile phone. I have the ringer turned off on my landline phone because of being inundated with telemarketing calls. And after I adamantly made it clear that I couldn't be contacted on my landline, my requests for a call back to answer important health concerns ,has not as yet happened. I received a letter certified letter notice of discharge- from Family Medicine North stating Dr. ******* ******** would no longer provide medical care to me.. I was told by Dr. ******** that they have a zero tolerance policy to foul language and that is why I received the notification of discharge. I became a little irate when after waiting all day for a telehealth, I happened to check my landline voicemail and the message said the telehealth was cancelled because my insurance declined to cover it because I had an appointment just two days prior. I called Family Medicine North and got a little irate and might have said some things out of anger because of the way my case was being handled. I may have said I was going to find another primary Care Physician because of the way I was treated and apparently that set off this discharge . On reflecting on all that happened I feel DR. ******** needs to reread the Hippocratic Oath. and - his hubris is offensive to me. I have some serious health issues he was treating and to discharge me for expressing frustration at the way I was being treated I find to be very cold and unprofessional! All I can say to Dr. ******** and Family Medicine is good riddance! I have gotten another Primary Care Physician.
