      Tried to reach out to correct a situation but this company cares absolutely nothing about customer service. Taking it to the ************************ as they keep lying about trying to contact me to resolve the issue. The craziest thing is that I dont even want anything from the company. Just wanted them to know the way THEIR EMPLOYEES treat their customers. Shame on you all.

      Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Was picking up a order for my work and they said It had already been picked up, which I can tell you it wasnt, and when I said I will just buy another then they said they were closed and closed the door on me and ignored me. When I waited for them to come back and honked multiple times they came back with a lot of attitude. This is unacceptable customer treatment and the *** should def be penalized due to this

      About 5 minutes after leaving drive thru, I realized I hadn't got my drinks with my order. So I turned around to pick them up. Once I had gotten close to restaurant I the called the restaurant informing them they had forgot to give them to me that and i was pulling in at that time. I then had to wait in the drive thru for 6-7 minutes while waiting for the one customer in front of me, to recieve their order. I then finally make it home and by then another 8 more minutes had passed. I had sit down to eat and the sack of fries were soft and cold, the 10 cheeseburgers were no longer, even remotely warm. I called the restraunt back and she said if I bring them back they would replace them. This just furiated me because I had already went back once and to be asked to come back twice is just wrong. I told her I couldn't come back tonight. I guess I will just have to bring this nasty food back tomorrow. At this point I no longer had a appetite from having a thoughtless person treat me like I dare I complain. She said well if I bring it back tomorrow they will replace it. At this point I think she should have to eat cold burgers and soft, chewy cold fries after spending her hard earned money. And she should pay for my time and gas to replace it. I believe you need to work on your people and customer service skills. Oh and not have anything to eat for dinner because someone cannot train a drive thru attendant properly. We pay to much to eat fast food as it is, then To have a greedy company to treat their customers like this. Oh and of coursei didn't even get a receipt so I can't even verify my order. What the HELL!

      Super rude customer service. Ordered ahead on the app and allowed additional time for them to prep my order just to arrive with my order not even started! Manager or supervisor there didn't acknowlege or apologize for the delay.

      I love white castle. I had grew up on white castle in Indiana and I enjoy the flavor of each burger quenching my mouth. The chicken ring made me want to marry that meat. Also, those mozzarella stick kept sticking to my soul. Now, I move to Katy Texas near Houston Texas ??and I wish they were down here to show all the other franchise that real burger come in small packages. Love You W.C!!!!

      Im making a complaint about the White Castle on Broadway ** I was waiting in line for about 20 mins and when I get to the window they say it was closed, bad business , this was like 3:30am I will never eat at White Castle again bad customer service and they laughed at me when I said I will do a review. Horrible experience
