"You have the ability to return any item that you are not satisfied with within a 30 day period from the date of purchase of the item for a 100% refund. Items must be in new condition and not show signs of wear from use. Shipping item back to our facility to be returned is the responsibility of the returning party except in cases of manufacturer defect. Items must be properly wrapped and in their original packaging. Items purchased on sale or in clearance are final and are non returnable. Custom made items are only available for return in cases of manufacturing defect and are on a case by case basis.
