    I was at the Shell Station at 4425 Alum Creek Dr, Obetz, OH 43207 on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 around 5:40 pm and bought gas. I started having car problems on Thursday and the car problems continued. I took my 2021 Toyota Corolla to my Toyota Dealership and was told that there was water in with the gas and that my fuel pump had to be fixed. I contacted Shell Corporate to get reimbursed on 7/12/2023. The total damage was $907.00, plus getting back the $24.00 for the bad gas, and 1000 Kroger fuel rewards that I used for the bad gas. I was told that the process would take 30 business days to investigate. The 30 business days ended on Monday. I received an email from Shell Corporate on Monday stating that the claim "is still under investigation and resolution by the independent dealer. Rest assured as soon as we receive a response from the independent dealer, we will immediately notify you." They provided no timeframe that the gas station had to get back in the email. I have been without my money for 45 days and I want my money back.
